Level Ground Coffee — Restaurant in Conway

1. The Coffee & Food: As a coffee shop, Level Ground comes through with a menu of delicious drinks and food which range from a classic cappuccino to special seasonal concoctions. My personal favorite was the Vanilla Latte: impeccable 👌 You can indulge in fresh pastries or snack on some healthy fruit or brunch on Avocado Toast with bacon. The coffee is expertly prepared to a silky smooth quality that is a real joy to consume.

2. The Service: Southern hospitality is a staple in Arkansas, but Level Ground takes it further: the staff truly engages with customers. They're genuine when they ask how your day's going, they remember your name (or try their best to!) and make sure you're comfortable while you stay there. I appreciated the morning chit chat while I gave my order and the staff made rounds to check if everyone was okay.

3. The Differentiator: The Atmosphere It is truly a breath of fresh air to know there is one place I can go and confidently know I will feel welcome, relaxed, and comfortable. It's not only the well-thought out interior design and accoutrements that make you feel at home--such as the sofas, armchairs, open & closed areas--or to be productive--individual desks, group desks, round meeting tables, a bounty of electrical sockets, Mac desktops, two conference rooms (available for reservation)--it's what you can't easily find in today's commercial economy: COMMUNITY This coffee shop is a special gathering place in the town. Level Ground's greatest value is that it cultivates a welcome and comfortable space for people to spend time together. It was never uncommon---in fact, I began to EXPECT---to see plenty of families together, pairs of friends catching up, university study groups, Bible study partners, or business colleagues squared away all having meaningful time together. What's more, it was just as natural to bump into a stranger that with time becomes a friend. For me, that is worth the price of an exquisite cup of caffeine and more. *Note: in my own experience, in the weeks I was able to frequent the shop, I made nearly ten new connections there that I am very glad to have made :)

Did not try their food yet but everything looks delicious. Had their chai latte and salted caramel mocha so far. So so good! And reasonable pricing! 😉 The atmosphere is classy and comfy, with plentiful places to sit and hang out with friends, work on assignments, or reading one of their many books they had for sale (Christian motivators!) The staff was very kind and have been very well trained to blend the perfect cup of coffee. Honestly, no need to overcomplicate things with extra shots of espresso or three pumps of some flavor, because their current choices are absolutely stellar. The manager and staff are wonderful and attentive to your comments and compliments, always seeking ways that they could improve your experience. Such a great coffee shop, whose profits go straight to a good cause, to provide funding for mission trips! 🥰 100% of all proceeds go to these mission trips monthly, so you don't want to miss out. Magnificent! From the friendly staff, the environment and atmosphere, and the food as well as coffee it was all MAGNIFICENT. My family and I visited Conway from Houston and we were lucky to have found “Level Ground Coffee.” We tried the sandwiches and paninnis and they we’re delicious! My wife ordered a cappuccino that was nothing short of perfect, and I ordered the Chai Latte which was one of the best ones Ive had anywhere.
