The Mad House Beauty Lounge — Attraction in Conway

I went to Mad House hair salon on Tuesday May 6, 2025. They called me back within an hour to say they could get me in for a haircut that same day. I walk in and nobody even says we’ll be right with you. When my appointment time came around I walk to the back to see if Kortney was available yet. I sit in her chair, got a simple dry cut and was charged $30. I gave Kortney $40 (two $20 bills). I then said wait let me see if I have a $10 to which Kortney said, “Oh this ok.” She never offered or asked if I wanted my change back she just kept it as her tip! I called to speak to the owner/mgr the next day. The owner/mgr said she would give me back my $10. I told her she could mail it to me and as of May10, 2025 nothing. I would NOT...

We’ve searched for years, yes YEARS, to find someone who can cut & style my kid’s curls. After a ton of research and sifting through reviews, we found Bonnie. I’m so thankful we did! She read his mind and somehow made his vision come to life, and he couldn’t be happier (he’s literally never, ever, not once, been completely happy with a haircut until now). Bonnie took the time and effort to make sure everything was just right and even gave him tips for styling it at home. She made his week for sure. I highly recommend Bonnie for curly hair.

I always recommended Mad House to anyone who asks about where to get their hair cut or colored. Not only because Madeline, Bonnie, and their whole team do a great job, but because the have cultivated a wonderful energy of kindness in their salon.

I used to have a lot of anxiety and awkwardness when it came to haircuts, but that quickly dissipated after regularly getting my hair cut by Bonnie. Bonnie is an amazing barber and is able to turn a vague idea and a few references photos into a wonderful haircut. Madeline does my wife’s hair and does a great job with the cut and color.
