Brother’s Barber Shop — Attraction in Cooper City

This was my first time visiting this shop and I can absolutely 100% say I haven’t had a haircut experience this good in a very long time! I see why they have such a high rating! I didn’t have an appointment but Alberto was nice enough to squeeze me in between his appointments. He did an extremely good job and got my hair better than I could have even thought. Most impressively I couldn’t believe how fast he did it! I swear the time from when I walked in to when I paid and walked out couldn’t have been even 20 minutes and with such good work I have no idea how he did it 😅 I could tell everyone there is super talented and they take really good care of their customers in this shop no doubt. 25$ for a fade haircut and line up is more than fair And with such good service too. Definitely Bring cash for tips as they can’t accept tip on card but these barbers absolutely deserve to be tipped well. I recommend making an appointment as well to make it easier. Today I had an appointment with Alan. I scheduled my appointment the day before, and this morning when I woke up they called told me that he was not coming in and cancelled. Later on throughout the day I got a call and said that he came in, so I kept my scheduled appointment and I came in. I explained to Alan the type of haircut that I wanted. Alan paid no attention to anything that I said and was focused on his friend that was waiting outside of the business. He rushed through my haircut, and it was not what I explained to him. All he did was give me a simple fade. I even asked for a tape in the front and he told me no not today next time when you come in in two weeks. I was appalled by this type of service. When I went to pay, I finished paying and I looked for him to give him a tip, and he was already out the door gone. I left a tip on his barber stand and left. Today 03/17/19 was my second time coming here, this barber 💈 shop is very clean and decorated with lots of nice pictures, and personally I like the ones with Miami Heat. Alan & Richard the only two names I know because I am new customer here are two very friendly and knowledgeable people, they know what they are doing and make you feel comfortable. I like also that when I was waiting for my turn, one of the barbers came giving Cuban coffee to everyone that was there. I am not sure if this Free coffee happens all the time “ I hope it does “ but anyway it was a very nice gesture! Something else that I like is when the barber place a hot towel over my face and my neck, it’s very relaxing and this is also another cool thing about this barber shop.
