Aspen Lace Boutique — Attraction in Coos Bay

Very rude. Will ignore you if you aren’t pretty or well off. They do t have set hours and are never open. The malls manager lady runs the store and is ignoring state wide mandates for mask requirements. Even though they’re posted on mall entrances. The reviews don’t do justice the amount of times I have heard ladies state they are very rude and entitled. Most people do t put effort into leaving reviews but I have heard more bad than good. If you also notice, any complaints online are met wi th gaslighting, excuses and reasons why the complaint is “wrong” . Beyond unproffesional. I saw one along the lines of “very rude and treat you however based off looks” to which they had the verve to reply and say they checked cameras and they saw she was greeted... and? Doesn’t mean they were nice about it. The complaint said nothing about that even. . The clothes look like they’re from wish and after one was they fadE and decals crack. I get wanting to be rebellious and to cooperate wi th mask stuff. But for the mall manager to run the store and ignore her own malls posted requirements is beyond. I prefer Maurice’s across the way from them! More variety, better service and kinder employees. Will not...

Well first, I'm not pretty or well off and the ladies who work there have been NOTHING but nice to me.. if I buy or not that day. I've been known to look around and then come back for what I can't stop thinking about. The ladies are super helpful with pulling sizes and getting everything to the dressing rooms. They do carry brands that could be considered expensive but we all have our own definitions of what expensive is so it's all relative. They do carry lots of different brands which is nice and lots of sizes to be inclusive when they are available to order. I also love that it's owned by women and I'd rather shop small and local that give $$ to big box stores. Will definitely continue to shop here and tell friends & locals to...

The owners and employees are amazing and help you find what you need and make sure you’re 100% happy with your purchase. Owners try on everything they stock in order to help guide you on sizes and if items are true to size or if you need to size up or down. So helpful!! I have purchased several items already and each has proven to be soft, comfortable, a perfect fit and high quality. You can shop on-line but I highly recommend a visit to their beautiful boutique.
