I'm editing to take you down a star... ...lately when I come in, my order is not as correct as I'd like it. I love whip cream and I get hardly any. I ask for it. It's a bit ridiculous. Stop hating on my whipped cream addiction and just load that bad boy up. Look at the pic I attached. What is this? What even is this? Earn that star back guys
Today I witnessed 2 entitled customers (a couple their 30s) treat the young batista horribly over a mistake they made. They came to pick up their mobile order. The order had no name so the batista called out the drink. The drinks were unclaimed. About 5 min later the rude couple got off their phones and went to look at the drinks. Realized it was theirs. Got upset at the batista for not calling their names. She calmly explained there was no name on the order..they treated her badly over it. She remained calmed and tried everything to make them happy but some people are just miserable and like to treat people badly. Imagine being that miserable where you have to treat teenage employees like that. The batista did an amazing job making all the drinks and keeping calm despite two rude adults making...
Read moreWe ordered lattes for us and a cake pop for our kiddo. While we were moving to the front to pick up our order, our daughter sees on my phone that they have drinks with popping boba. Since we knew she wouldn't actually drink the drink with the boba and only just wanted the boba we asked if we could purchase a small side of boba for our daughter. You know like an add-on size. The barista not only seemed confused by the request but mention she had to go talk to her manager to be able to do it and then came back and said she'd have to charge us for a full tea which was $3.25. we confirmed that she was saying we would have to pay $3.25 to be able to get the side of boba and she said yes. I just feel Starbucks in general has really went downhill. I remember a time when Starbucks had pride and would give great tasting coffees with excellent customer service. Read moreThe first time I ordered here, everything was great. The second time -- not so much. While I understand being short staffed, the mobile order function wasn't shut down when they lacked an opener. I completed my mobile order, and, when I went to pick it up, they were closed. I appreciate the handwritten note on the door. However, my mobile order was already submitted and I was leaving the area shortly, so I couldn't stick around for an unknown opening time.
I tried calling the store several times to find a way to handle the situation ($10+ for an order I didn't receive because they were closed) but was unable to get through. I then called the main Starbucks customer service number, and they quickly addressed the situation.
