This the facility itself was in unacceptable condition. The ball pit contained mostly broken plastic balls, which resulted in my foot being injured and my toenail torn, definitely a major concern being that I was only in and out the pit assisting my toddler in and out. She was stepped on serval times due to the lack of supervision and reinforcement to use the are in a safe manner.
The overall cleanliness was poor and clearly not properly maintained, consistent with the negative reviews I have now read online via YELP. The jungle gym was disgusting and filthy and had icees and other snacks throw around everywhere! (Another safety hazard as kids can slip and fall at anytime playing under conditions such as this facility possesses!) I came shortly after opening so it did not get like this overtime with the kids playing , it was clearly left like this from the previous day! The surfaces are covered in a brownish residue from not being cleaned and considering the price I paid for one child and the 4.50$ fee for these new socks they have now made mandatory to have is just ridiculous and I will not return! I came prepared with grip socks which were there brand but they weren’t the new design that they are pushing out for mandatory purchase which was a waste of money due to the fact that I came with grip socks.
My child was so overwhelmed and we didn’t stay very long. There is not enough activities or trampoline areas for smaller kids. My child is very short and small she just turned 6 but is much smaller than other 6 year olds.
The staff were kind but the manager( African American lady with dreadlocks) was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
This place is a scam advertising as a trampoline park for kids but doesn’t cater to the basic standards of kids. No where near like the other companies I’ve taken my kids to.
This location to be inspected and updated to meet basic safety standards and health related cleanliness requirements at a minimum!
We would have been better off going to the park or another location that takes care of the facility and guest!
Please review others reviews and check out yelp for further consideration before taking your kids here.
I will update this review with pictures after I edit the faces out to be able to provide a more clear view of why I left this review. If u look close the ball pit looks like they tossed in a layer a new balls on top of the thousands of broken/split balls so once your in it will not be what u expected your children to be able to enjoy at all! It was very uncomfortable to even walk through the area to assist my child . I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m not the parent who has broken or lost a toenail in that thing! Never again !!!!
(Regardless if u purchas ticket offline u will still stand in line and wait just like the ones who didn’t so it really isn’t a plus to do so in advance)
Be sure to check out other trampoline parks before considering wasting your funds here. I must say the location on Lawyers road in charlotte is MUCH BETTER THAN THIS FACILITY...
Read moreThe bathrooms were completely disgusting. I took my daughter to the bathroom when we arrived and they were out of soap and paper towels. The paper towels were not that big of an issue cause there was also a hand dryer on the wall that you could use but the sink was soaking wet so it would've been nice to have some paper towels to wipe the sink since the little kids had to lean on the sink to wash their hands. The floor was also very wet and all the kids have to jump in socks, so I can only imagine the germs that's being carried all over the facility from the wet floors in the bathroom. I let an attendant know about the bathroom when we came out the first time and the second time. I have four kids and went to the bathroom a few times, the last being right before we were ready to head out (3hrs later) and the bathroom was in the same condition and still NO SOAP. Nobody never came and did anything. My kids also love gocarts and ride them everywhere. The attendant that was working the gocarts was NOT paying attention to the kids that were riding the ride at all he was busy playing with the kids walking around and in the Zipline thing behind him. I know it's a ride at you own risk thing but you still expect the attendant to be watching the riders to assist and prevent any dangers. The attendant also would allow a bunch of people to skip the line. People would walk up and he would tell the people in line to let them come through and put them right in the front. He would also let people ride the ride like two and three times in a row without getting up and getting back in line. They were just allowed to stay in the seat. He even made my daughter get up out of one go cart cause someone came up that he let skip the line and she had sat in their favorite one. Luckily I was watching from the railing and I told him that she was not moving for him so he just made someone else move. There was one little girl that was waiting with my kids in line and her mom told her this was her last ride they waited in line patiently and watched it start and stop three times before her turn and when she finally got in to pick her bumper car he let a rider ride one again and she didn't get to ride the ride with her sisters, which were already in cars. The little girl was crying and the attendant still didn't care or decide to do the right thing. We were there on a Saturday so I expected it to be very crowded but everyone should have the same opportunity to play. My kids always love playing here, and my intentions were to book them a birthday party while we were there today but this experience has definitely got me hesitant about returning to...
Read moreThis trampoline park caters well to children OVER the age of five, offering a variety of engaging activities tailored to that age group. However, it raises significant safety concerns for younger children, particularly those under five. Unfortunately, the other kids are not mindful of the littles exploring, understandably so. Before entering, I did attempt to gather information about designated areas for toddlers but found that the details were not communicated. Although I was encouraged to sign up for a membership at the front desk, I decided to explore the facility first, considering I had a three-year-old and a two-year-old and wasn't sure if they would even like it for their first time there. Glad I waited.
There is a designated area for children under 52 inches tall; however, this section features more than one exit, which complicates the supervision of younger kids. Additionally, there were older children present in that area, which could be concerning. Moreover, aside from the basketball area, one slide and the designated jump zone highlighted in the video, there are limited trampoline options specifically for toddlers, especially considering the admission fee, which totaled $40.60 for two toddlers and 3 pairs of socks.
On the positive side, the café within the park offers reasonably priced food and ample seating, creating a comfortable environment for families to enjoy a meal. Despite a summer program visit at the time, the facility did not feel overcrowded during my visit on a Monday. I purchased the required trampoline socks, but I noticed that the enforcement of sock regulations was inconsistent throughout the park. Cleanliness was well maintained considering the amount of people.
One area that could improve is the service at the café, although the cafe were so sweet there was only one staff member managing and taking orders. This resulted in longer wait times and for a spill to sit for my entire meal. Overall, while the park is well-supervised, there appears to be a gap in customer service engagement from much of the staff, aside from the representative at the front desk.
I intend to go back once the kids are older and they can enjoy what...
