It's tough after the 2nd part of the trail when you cross the street. It's all going up. Well, for me, it was. Plus, it was windy as can be today & sprinkling. But I'm out of shape! So go figure lol. I was also caring for an additional 25 lbs to train for backpacking. If your unstable or have issues with knees, bring your poles—lots of uneven trail ditches, unmanaged & overgrowth.
