If I could give them zero stars I would. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. So disrespectful and rude. First of all they sent me a different MacBook than the one I ordered, but didn’t inform me of this until after they already had shipped it out. But I was told that they sent me one with a larger hard drive than the one I ordered, but in the end it turned out to be a lie. Not to mention a MacBook being a year older is a huge deal in Apple time! Then, after my MacBook was unfortunately stolen it took Melissa months and months to try and come up with the serial number for said MacBook, but was never able to give me the correct serial number for the MacBook I actually received. Which means I couldn’t file a police report without blacklisting the wrong computer. Melissa on several occasions said she had conferred with Ron, the warehouse manager and that the computer I told them they sent me was one that they never had, so that I had to be mistaken. I was told this on multiple occasions. It wasn’t until I informed them of the photos I had taken of my computer before it was stolen and that I had documented phone calls with Apple support involving the Macbook, that Ron the warehouse manager magically was able to to produce a serial number within minutes that matched the year and specs of mine… even though during this same phone call I was told they never even had that MacBook in their inventory at any point. :keep in mind it’s taken Melissa months to try and find this serial number after supposedly speaking to this same warehouse manager on multiple occasions. I don’t know what’s actually going on over there, but that whole situation is so crazy and ridiculous! I’ve now had to wait months to file the police report… if I had a chance at getting my MacBook back, it’s most definitely too late now. Looks like I’m out almost $2000.
