IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD DO NOT COME HERE. My son was grabbed and pushed by a parent last week while he was playing in the two and under area. The parent who assaulted my child said it was my child's fault for knocking over some blocks that her and her older kids were building. They did not even belong in that area to begin with- her kids were around 4 and 10 I've never seen or heard of a parent doing something this over the top and we have been to every indoor playground within a 20 mile radius. I alerted staff and the first two girls on the floor I dealt with were empathetic and kind. They confronted the woman and while she fully admitted it she again doubled down on it being my 2 yo sons fault for knocking over some blocks, absolutely delusional woman. Once management got involved they said they were not going to ask her to leave because it was her daughter's birthday and they don't get involved with things between parents.
Once I called my child's dad he told me to call the police. The staff, once they talked to my son's dad and found out the police were coming, said I had to wait outside because they did not want the customers seeing. When the police came Sam the supervisor told them, oh this happens all the time, we don't get involved. Child assaults happen all the time?! The whole situation was just insane. On top of that they are refusing to hand over any business insurance information so I can let their insurance company know what happened. It's all well documented and the assault was fully admitted to along with the staffs disinterest in doing anything about it once management got involved. Most of my interaction was with Sam the supervisor after things escalated but I also talked to the GM Sandra, even though she rejected the call multiple times at first. Just because someone bought a birthday party doesn't mean they can go around assaulting young children. Just an absolutely disgusting establishment who cares more about profit and than...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSUPER dope place for any kid, from about age 3-9, 10-ish. $10 per 2 hour for each kid...and only $1 for adults. They also have very handsomely-priced membership packages. They provide you with extra large stickers for each person in your group in order to keep track of your children; a child can't leave the facility with a parent unless the parent has the matching adult sticker. There are LOTS of play areas. A sort of "shooting range" where kids use mounted, air powered "cannons" to shoot balls at targets. Sounds crazy but its very safe: the cannon trajectory is limited so as to not allow a child to be shot in the face (either way, its not strong enough to cause personal damage). There is play area designed like a town with a fire dept, police dept, salon, market, doctor's office, theater...equipped with all the applicable uniforms and props. Extra cool. There are a total of 4 trampolines; one having an attached square-foam pit. The rear of the facility opens up to a large area with one of those jungle-gym/obstacle course type things you see at McDonald playplaces. This one, however, is on a GRAND scale, with like 3 or 4 levels. Super safe though. And unlike the fast food playplaces, this one doesn't smell like funky feet and pampers. In that same area is a rock climbing wall. Tucked in the corner is a room with the ceiling projector thingy that projects games on the floor that children use their feet to stomp, kick, and dance in order to play. There are plenty of areas for adults to sit comfortably and watch their children play (i DO, however, recommend bringing a seat cushion just in case you end up sitting on the bleachers in the large play area). The DOPE thing about all of this (especially if you're somebody like me who still has a lotta kid in him) is adults are allowed to play on EVERYTHING except the rock wall. I'm buying the membership package...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreš We took our child to Rompirama for the afternoon, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Highly recommended for families with kids!
We went on a weekend and expected it to be crowded, but the space is large and well-divided, so it never felt packed. As soon as we walked in, my childās eyes lit upāhe was immediately drawn to all the play structures. š
š The indoor space is colorful and full of child-friendly design. There are slides, trampolines, climbing walls, ball pits, balance beams, pretend play zones⦠itās like a miniature kingdom for kids! Everything is soft-padded and super safe, so we felt very at ease as parents.
š My kidās favorite area was definitely the āmagic slide zoneāāhe went down at least 20 times with the biggest smile on his face. Thereās also an interactive floor projection area where kids can ākick ballsā or āpop bubblesā by stepping on the floor. Super high-tech and fun!
š We also saw a birthday party being held thereāit was decorated beautifully and looked magical! They offer private party rooms or even full venue rentals. Weāre seriously considering having our childās next birthday here.
š§¼ Hygiene is another big plus. Restrooms are clean, the play areas are well-maintained, and they have dedicated hand-washing and sanitizing stations. Staff regularly clean and check the space, so we never had to worry about dirty toys or surfaces.
ā Thereās a parent lounge area too, with seats, drinking water, and snacks for sale. You can relax, watch your kids, or even catch up on your shows. The overall vibe is calm and well-organizedānot chaotic like some other indoor playgrounds.
š My kid played for almost three hours and still didnāt want to leave. He told me this was āthe happiest day of...
