Very poor experience. I had scheduled a mobile phlebotomy appointment. The phlebotomist did not show up. I called the ULS office; they claimed that notes said he had "tried to reach" me the day prior to cancel, but that was not true-- I checked my phone, text, voicemails and emails, and there had been zero legitimate attempt to reach me-- not even a missed call.
What was especially frustrating was that the blood samples HAD to be taken at a certain time that morning on that specific date due to the types of tests they were, AND I was fasting. They said they didn't have anyone else available to come, and that I needed to drive to their office in Corona (which was a substantial drive for me). I did not have time to because of my work schedule, but because it had to be done that day, I had to take two hours out of my work day on a day that was NOT doable (I did NOT have the time-- that's why I had scheduled a mobile phlebotomist in the first place!!) in order to drive to their office. On top of that, since it was a fasting blood draw and the process took so long by the time they could actually draw my blood, I was really hungry... AND the blood draw timing was off, which can skew results, since it needed to be done in the morning but wasn't done until after lunch time when all was said and done. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!
On top of that, they said they would give me a refund due to the "inconvenience"/issues. However, they did not. I waited for a couple of weeks and the refund still hadn't been issued. I then had to follow up multiple times in order to get a response at all, and then they finally issued a refund-- about a month after the original appointment. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Read moreI paid for a service had a been given a time after my payment with an invoice and now they are to short staffed due to their nurses having covid and cant do an hour n 20 mins prior, what was paid to do, The lady also argued with me after i was upset becuase it was a few dollars this was 448$ i paid for a service, they said my location was far well from corona its 25 min drive. As a business owner i wouldnt ever argue with a customer, especially one who isnt feeling well. Their was no incentive or apology. Just she shouldnt of answered the phone and they have to take their family out, ya well i have a family to a son and a 5 month old daughter.
