O'Reilly Auto Parts — Attraction in Coshocton

I've used O'Reilly a few times, normally I use advanced or Napa but they didn't have what I needed in stock. I went to oreillys to buy 4 calipers and pads. I returned the front set of calipers the same day and received my core 2 days later. I returned the rear set 2 days after the Inital purchase. Of course I used my Card.

2 weeks go by and no core. I go to the store and explained my self to the "manager" I have my receipt in hand. The "manager"states "if you have the receipt, it's been processed and we cant do anything for you". I tell him it's been 2 weeks, he tells me it's my card companies issue. Meanwhile the asst. Manager is saying it's odd and it doesn't take that long. Over a month goes by my card company says its oreillys fault. I check my receipt again and it states I received cash instead of a credit to my card. I end up calling the corporate office, 2 hrs later the district manager calls me and states it was Oreillys fault and to come pick my money up. O'Reilly's is my favorite store for auto parts I will install myself. On this visit I picked up windshield wipers and a pair of brake light bulbs. The store staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, & personable. They welcomed me to change the parts in their parking lot. The windshield wipers were easy, but when I tried to remove the rear lamp assembly (2016 Subaru Impreza) to change the brake bulb, I snapped the handle off the socket screwdriver I had brought with me. I went back in the store to see if I could borrow a socket drive & to my surprise they had a well stocked toolbox in the back & they let me borrow what I needed. They were very nice and helpful, and there battery charger only took a half an hour! The same battery in that shape would have taken nearly 4-6 hours to charge elsewhere. Also added a nice little touch of red and black plastic terminal caps... Just in case I wasn't attentive enough to hook it back...
