The Roscoe Boutique Motel — Hotel in Coshocton

The reservation and check-in process was very easy and staff was very responsive to questions but the facility did not live up to reviews and advertisements. I was disappointed to say the least. The room smelled musty when we entered and did not appear to be well cleaned. I found hair on the toilet and the tub was slow to drain which left scum around the sides that had not been well cleaned. When I went to the bathroom during the night, a bug was crawling on the floor. I believe the type of bug is called silverfish. I did not like that there was a blanket on the bed in that I doubt they are washed between guests. |During the night we were repeatedly awakened by a dog barking outside our window and loud voices and thumping noises from the guests overhead. |Overall, it was not a pleasant stay and certainly not worth...

This Hotel exceeded my expectations after reading all of the reviews there wasn't any bad reviews for this place at all so we decided to stay an im so glad we did this place is awesome big room the shower is absolutely amazing the water pressure is very powerful an has a sprayer witch I love the bed was very comfortable very very clean they clean the room every day an bring clean towels every day and the owner is absolutely amazing as well you can tell they take pride in their hotel an there customers they are super nice you couldn't ask for anything better so from now on every time we are in this area this will definitely be are go to place to stay come see for yourself you'll be glad you did one satisfied...

Located just west of the river, on a frontage road adjacent to state route 16, this is a two story cottage style motel, with wrap around wood 2nd floor decking. Clean and convenient, somewhat retro but with wi-ifi with a wood deck for a campfire on the other side of the parking lot. Spacious rooms feature a small wood table with two chairs suited for board games that you might have brought along. Decor for at least the room we stayed in anyway was plain yellow, with yellow bed spreads, mattresses appear to have foam tops. Small refrigerator with microwave and coffee maker in the room.
