Visiting Hardee's in Coshocton, Ohio, was like stepping into an episode of SpongeBob SquarePants, with the staff embodying the iconic characters we all know and love. Here's a playful review based on my experience: The atmosphere at this Hardee's was surprisingly lively, reminiscent of the hustle and bustle of the Krusty Krab. As I walked in, I half-expected to hear the familiar tune of the "Krusty Krab" jingle playing in the background. Pam, the manager, was the embodiment of Mr. Krabs. She kept a sharp eye on the register and ensured everything was running smoothly. Her presence was authoritative yet oddly comforting, much like Mr. Krabs himself. Pam's focus on efficiency and profitability was evident, but she also showed a genuine concern for the customer's experience. It was clear that she valued her crew, even if she sometimes seemed more focused on the bottom line. The old female cook brought Squidward's trademark grumpiness to the kitchen. She prepared the food with a certain indifference, but the quality of the meals didn’t suffer. Despite her somewhat aloof demeanor, the food was delicious and well-made. It was almost as if her inner artist came out when she was crafting those burgers, much like Squidward's hidden talent for the clarinet. Her dry humor was a highlight, adding a unique flavor to the overall experience. Kinley, was the embodiment of Sandy Cheeks—the spirited squirrel from Texas. Her enthusiasm for the job was matched only by her skill in the kitchen. Kinley brought a refreshing energy to the team, balancing out the more cynical attitudes of her coworkers. Her commitment to quality and innovation in food preparation was akin to Sandy's scientific approach to life under the sea. Her presence added a dynamic twist to the Hardee's experience, making it feel like a culinary adventure. The young man, who worked as the cashier, was the “STAR” of the show- Shining brighter than Hardees’ Iconic Emblem, just without needing a deep-fried coating. His enthusiasm and energy were infectious, making every customer feel welcome and valued. He handled orders with the same dedication and joy that SpongeBob shows while flipping Krabby Patties. The young man's cheerful attitude and eagerness to please brought a smile to my face, turning a simple meal into a memorable experience. His interactions with customers were genuine and heartfelt, making it clear that he loved his job. The food at Hardee's was top-notch. The burgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and everything was served hot and fresh. It felt like I was biting into a Krabby Patty—if those existed in real life. Despite the old female cook’s Squidward-like attitude, her cooking skills were undeniable, making for a delightful meal. The service was quick and efficient, thanks to Pam’s Mr. Krabs-like oversight, the young man's SpongeBob-esque enthusiasm, and Kinley's Sandy Cheeks-like innovation. My order was taken with a smile and delivered promptly, making the overall experience pleasant and hassle-free. Dining at Hardee's in Coshocton, Ohio, was like visiting the Krusty Krab in Bikini Bottom. With Pam as the ever-watchful Mr. Krabs, the old female cook as the grumpy yet talented Squidward, the young man as the energetic and friendly SpongeBob, and Kinley as the innovative and spirited Sandy Cheeks, the experience was both enjoyable and entertaining. Whether you're a fan of SpongeBob or just looking for a great meal, Hardee's in Coshocton offers a delightful dining experience with a dash of...
Read moreUpdate! I came through this morning and was waited on by a lady who I could barely hear through the drive thru speaker. I mentioned that I could barely hear her & she got a little huffy. Her tone of voice came off irritated. I asked about one of the specials straining to hear her but was able to provide my order clearly. I pulled around to the window & realized it was the manager who took my order. She hastily took my money & handed me my food. She gave me back my change & I asked for the receipt. She then snapped at me "what?" In a not so nice tone & I repeated the question "could I get my receipt please?" She huffed & then provided my receipt. My thank you was followed up with silence. I have never seen a more rude food service person! I really like Hardees and didn't know that they were even open at 5:00 a.m. until today. I was really excited to go there, However I will not be going back Though food was fresh & hot, very tasty.
Service was slow but...
Read moreThis CHAIN has good food HOWEVER unfortunately this location has VERY poor service. I went to this location order a #10 large with HI-C and a single hamburger for my wife. I was I informed the toppings I requested were out the drink size I requested was out I asked then to get a burrito instead but GUESS WHAT they were out. Back to my original order (minus the toppings) this time when the order was repeated to me he had added an additional #10 and 3 drinks not 2.So I asked if he had 1 combo or 2 he then asked if I wanted 2 combos as if I just asked for 2. At this point I just left. I rarely go here (bc of the service) and this just reinforces my reason why. I'd give it a zero star but it...
