I purchased this as a gift for my mom for mother's day and was very disappointed. Both my mom and I have had many facials and this is the first where neither of us had any massage component. No shoulders, no head, no feet. In addition, my facial was supposed to be 60 minutes and my therapist ended it 10 minutes early. I was actually surprised and asked her if this was a 50 minute facial in which she responded "no we normally go to the hour" (I guess not on my facial). During the facial my therapist left the room 2 times for 10 minutes at a time. I know this because I looked at the clock in the room and wondered why it took so long to get clean water. At the end of my facial my therapist was waiting for me outside the door with a DIXIE cup of water. Yes that's right a Dixie cup. At least I got a Dixie cup, my mom received none. I want to thank Coco and the nurse that held my hand (sorry I was so scared I don’t think I heard your name). I’ve never had any laser treatments on my face and I was terrified to get the CO2 fractional laser. I chickened out once and canceled. The second time I did it with much support from these two. I sat up like 3 times and said I don’t think I can do this. The other nurse held my hand and Coco talked to me the whole time. She put it on a lower setting because of my fear. It did sting some even with numbing cream - more in some places than others and Coco warned me of the areas that would likely sting more ahead of time. She went over after care, giving me a packet of instructions along with the ointment she recommends and gauze for the soak she recommends. So far everything appears to be going as expected I am Day 1 post laser. I will update when my face is all healed and I see my results. I saw a good price and bought a groupon voucher. Been water fasting for few days and I needed a colon hydrotherapy. After I bought a voucher I started calling them since Monday to make an appointment for Thursday because that is my only day off and my schedule is always packed. I trusted their google webpage which says they are open 10am-8pm every day, but nobody was picking up and I left a voicemail, then I left a text message on another phone number which was provided on their website but they only reached back to me on Wednesday and said they are booked for tomorrow and they cannot accept me. If I only knew they are closed until Wednesday I could find some other places to make an appointment but now that will be a challenge to find some place 1 day before.
