Their employee Brandon told me blatant and egregious lies about a rare Audi that I've been searching for to get me in the room. He present the car as in very good, running and driving condition leading me to waste several of my valuable hours and $250 on Ubers. I've bought a lot of cars in my time and I've never had such extreme lies told. Brandon told me this was his personal car, and although it's not quite the caliber of car typically sold at Eurocar it's a rare Audi and he had me ask for him at the front desk, wait in the Eurocar show room, appeared in Eurocar uniform and showed me it out the side bay door inside the Eurocar gate on company time; so I can only assume he was acting as an employee of Eurocar. Irregardless you should know the character of people employed here before committing to a six or seven figure purchase. Let's go through the lies I was told

The car was described as running and driving, in very good well maintained condition; minor issues were noted. This could not be further from the truth!

When I arrived I discovered the car had 100k more miles than advertised. I am looking for a low mileage car and would not have even bothered looking at it.

I asked point blank is the car smogs and was given an affirmative answer. When I showed up he told me he would not even attempt to smog it due to the bad cat and check engine light which were not disclosed before.

The heater pipes were rotten through, so the car had no heat.

Since my car is at my other house in San Jose I told him I'd be driving to San Jose the same day for a family emergency when I asked to come buy it, which would certainly not possible because of the following 2 issues which he did not disclose to me

The car did not build full boost, driving a turbo car long distances in limp mode can cause major engine damage and leave you stranded; ask yourself do you want to buy a car from someone who doesn't know this or worse disregards it to sell you the car? Buy a car from someone who takes care of their cars and customers.

The car had extensive suspension work, but I did not discover he had not aligned it until the test drive. The steering wheel pointed to the left and I certainly did not want to take that on the freeway for safety reasons; I cut the test drive short.

The car had been smoked in and smelled awful.

Be sure to ask for Harry!!... My first visit to Eurocar was about a year ago when I was in the market for a MBZ S63. I was greeted by Harry, who turns out to be one of the coolest car salesman I have ever met. When I entered into their indoor showroom, all I could say was WOW!!!... A very impressive collection of cars, all in better than showroom condition. Before I left Harry pulled up my S63 sales ad and reviewed it with Z, who is the obvious powerhouse at the helm of this place, and another very cool guy!! Harry and Z made me an immediate offer for my S63, which surprisingly was a GREAT OFFER as a trade in!!

After a night of thinking about which of the two cars I wanted, I decided on a 2015 Porsche Carrera S, all blacked out - BAD AZZ!!... I called Harry in the morning, left an offer on his voicemail of how I wanted the deal to be structured, and within an hour Harry and Z put it all together complete with financing and arrangements to pick up my S63. Later that afternoon I literally walked in, sat down in finance for less than 15 minutes signing docs, and was walked out front and handed keys to my new Porsche. The car in the sunlight looked even better than on the showroom floor, and after a few quick operational instructions, Harry said "CHEERS MATE" and I was off!!
