Pro Nails — Attraction in Costa Mesa

i went here because of the overall high reviews but this was actually very misleading… my pedicure was fine however i got a full set and it looks nothing like the picture i showed. my nails are all different lengths and uneven, stone placement on all my nails were done very messily and unevenly. i’m not sure who it was who did my nails but she wasn’t really paying attention to detail whatsoever and placed the gems in an unorganized manner. i was really shocked because I’ve never had a nail tech do gem placements all in a random manner without making sure they match the other nail. not at all worth the $120 for how messy it is and i’m disappointed in the price for non professional level work. I have been here twice and each time my dip Nails broke in abundance within a week. The manager says oh if I want to pay $55 for dips they'll give me better nails! Not only did I say no to that but the guy who was doing my nails took a phone call and got up and left and never came back. I am going to call tomorrow and straighten this out with this manager so this doesn't happen to anybody else. In the meantime save your money. Your nails will be chipping within 4 days and I have something to compare this to I had somebody else do my nails prior and they lasted a month and were much better. This place doesn't do good work. Meh… not sure how they got 4.5 stars. The salon is really crowded, like they literally need to move the armrests if they need to do someone’s manicure at the pedicure chairs. The ladies are loudly talking to each other the entire time from across the room, incredibly annoying and makes it impossible to relax. The salon is dirty. The only thing they have going for them is their cheap prices, which is probably the only reason people go. However, I only came for a pedicure - I’d rather pay an extra $10 and go to a nicer place. Don’t bother coming here unless you’re really tight on budget, and even then, just know you get what...
