Sugar Lash Beauty Bar — Attraction in Costa Mesa

This is hands down the best Lash Extensions place I've ever been to! Lupe is the BESTEST of the BEST! I had moved from out of state trying to find someone who can do a great job. I had been to other places who ended up damaging my lashes and causing a cornea scratch and an eye hemorrhage, so I was very weary. I researched many places in LOS Angeles (where I live), however nothing compared to the 5 star reviews from Sugar Lash. Even though I live in LA, I decided to trek the 1 hour drive to try out my lashes with Lupe. Wow wow wow!! That's what I say about Lupe's work. She is an artist and a genius! She understood the shape of my eyes and recommended what would look beautiful, complementing the shape and help open my eyes more. When she got done with the me, I couldn't help but stare in awe at the mirror! Gorgeous Gorgeous!! And I get stopped by guys all the time (even the gas station) telling me how beautiful my eyes are! Even my friends ask me where I get my lashes done!! I love you Lupe!

I love the ambience of Sugar Lash. Its beautiful and cozy and always has great music playing! Joel, who manages Sugar Lash, is so sweet and accommodating and caring as well! He is so understanding if I need to change appts due to my schedule and he makes it happen as soon as I want something! What a Blessing you are Joel. Check out is always a breeze and I get points and coupons at other retailers. Setting up my appts and changing them if needed is very easy. I am so thrilled with my experience, that it it truly worth it for me to travel from LA. I even look forward to my appointments because Lupe is so much fun to talk to, she asks about me while working on my lashes. She always remembers about events or issues in my life. She truly cares! She is like family now.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants excellent customer service and true artistry. Ask for Lupe as she is truly gifted and understands aesthetics more than anyone I know! She is also very fast with her craft which is a plus for me as I hate staying still LOL! I love my lashes and Lupe can change up the style each time if you are in a mood to try something new. But definitely listen to her recommendations as the style she picked for me has been the one that looks the most beautiful and amazing on me!! I have been a client here for about 8 months and in the beginning everything was good and perfect Kim did my lashes like no one else did it before I’ve been getting my lashes done for 4 years now and I can’t live without them anyways Kim started working on me and after a few months the last 3 times I went my eyes got very red and they burned a lot it happens 3 times back to back I don’t know why this was happening Bc before it never did so in April I went for the refill and had to get surgery after so I was in bed for a month and I couldn’t make it to my 3 weeks appt so I told Kim that I had to reschedule and she said that Bc it’s been a month I have to pay for a full set of $300 so I told her that my lashes are very full I have a lot of lashes Bc I didn’t go to the gym and sweat and I wasn’t active at all so they stayed pretty good I even took a pic of my eye and send it to her and I said just fill the same time that you do for the 3 weeks appt is ok if I’m not super full as usual and she still said Joel will call you to explain why I can’t do the 3 weeks so im very disappointed is really bad how she treated me like that after all this time being a very good and loyal client there is no appreciation for her clients and no respect at all she only wants to take your money and don’t really care about you and your lashes that’s the conclusion I had to make, of course I’m not going back to this place and I don’t...

This was such an amazing experience! I had my eyebrows microbladed and permanent eyeliner make up done by KIM. Just like most girls my mood is define by how my eyebrows look that day LOL but I wanted a change and I chose the microblading option. I'm VERY picky and Kim took her time to explain everything to me. She made sure I was OK and explained every step of the way. When it was done I full on GASP! My eyebrows are beautiful and 1000% more confident! So I booked her in 2 days for my eyeliner to get done. I wanted to go as light and as natural as possible and Kim delivered.
