ONE STOP SMOKE SHOP — Attraction in Cottonwood

Im making an edit: I’ve been in a couple times since and this post and each time was better. They have great service and good prices. May have just been a bad day earlier.

I came in on a Saturday around 4 in the afternoon. When I walked in two ladies were arguing about the cash drawer being off. They didn’t even acknowledge me until I came up to the counter and I just got a “hold on, we’re almost done.” They counted that drawer TWICE in front of me and apparently it was still off. They argued and argued. Eventually I turned to leave and one of them sighed heavily and said “is there something you needed?” When I asked for cone papers they looked at me like I was an alien. EDIT!!!!! I am very happy! I spoke to Donna and she replaced the juice and vape pods and she brought it to my HOUSE! She said she would try to educate the employees about more things. I am really grateful for her thoughtfulness and willing to go all the way for a customer.

I am still a novice vaper. I have brought in my vape to show them what I need. I am still being sold the wrong pods, the wrong juice even though I keep asking if they’re sure. I’ve wasted so much money even though I ask every time if it’s ok for my vape. They were nice enough to fix it twice but they said it’s the workers word...

I would rather go to smoke n things they are way cheaper and nicer I got a vape from one stop that tasted horrible I told them and they tried it and agreed that it was not good but still ended up having to pay for another vape a few minutes after leaving the shop my new vape started acting up and back firing I didn’t even bother going back because I was not going to spend 60 dollars just to get a vape that actually works If I could I would leave zero stars

Smoke n things sells them for only 18 dollars versus the 27 that sell them for and have way better...
