So made a visit at night at approximately 8 PM the cashiers name was jenny I was simply making my order inquiring about what they were preparing because the options were limited. I was then hit with an attitude that I wasn't sure if it was directed towards me. She then served me I sat down and my girlfriend went and asked for some egg rolls and she received the same treatment as I did. I under stand closing the store down can be a lot of work but it was an hour and half away and we were 2 of 4 people in the lobby. As we sat and ate our food we could see that the server was looking our way and was talking to another staff member and laughing We could literally feel that we were being talked about Her bad attitude was enough to make me want to write this review. We didn't even get a hello or greeting when we walked in. I couldn't help but notice that she didn't even wash her hands after mopping the floor. Read moreOMG, came here earlier in the week and it was great. However came on Saturday at 4:45 pm and Kaylee was rude. I asked for chowmein for a side, she said no. I said isn't it cheaper than a meat dish, she replied with I don't care. Then dropped my food on the floor. Blamed it on the cashier. I sure this is on your camera system. Then the cashier picks up the food and throws it away. With out gloves or washing his hands, he gets me more chicken. Food Safety Critical. Don't Worry I called the Health Department (Yavapai Health Department) on these kids for you. It's called a food handlers permit. I left and threw my food out. I am not going to eat food that was prepared by someone who picked it up from the floor and didn't wash his hands or glove up. Panda Express, we are in a Pandemic still! Someone should care at Panda, maybe a Manager? I hope I at least saved one person from getting serious ill, obviously Panda Express doesn't care. Read moreI ordered my food on the app at 630 and picked 7:00pm for pick up time. I arrived at 7:05 & there were 15+ cars in the drive through. I called and asked if I could do curbside pickup and they said yes, took my name, car type and said they were in the middle of cooking it. So I parked out front and waited. Around 10 minutes later an employee came out with 2 bags, delivered one to another car, then looked at all of the other cars waiting and went back inside with the other food. 10-15 minutes later I called again to check on my order and they said they tried to deliver it but couldn't find my car (a camaro right outside the door) & proceeded to offer to bring the same food back out. At this point I was concerned about the freshness of the order and they said they could remake it but it would be a wait on the "steak & shrimp", I said okay.
