I am tired of being disappointed in this KFC. I've had KFC at this location about 3 times in the past 3 weeks. They run out of food (not their fault honestly) but when they still take your money and leave something out of your meal box that is NOT right... Luckily I checked before I left the drive thru and I asked about my missing biscuit, the girl told me, Oh we don't have any more. I could tell by the look on my face she knew I was upset, she offered me a cookie. I took it...But I would have not had a problem, IF I was told. I understand restaurants and stores are having a hard time getting things and hiring workers. Common curtesy is also hard to come by. And another thing, my bone in chicken is always half cooked. Tear into the chicken and there is dough that didn't fry...maybe leave it in a little longer is my guess. For the most part the food and sides are hot. Read moreBefore the lobby had closed down due to covid my bf tried to stop by to get me food on his way home. We had been inside many times recently before this event so we had no idea that it was drive thru only at the time. When he tried to go inside the doors were unlocked there were no signs or even just a piece of paper saying that the lobby was closed. He got inside and was immediately met with hostility. One of the workers started pushing him and saying that he wasnt allowed to be there and when asked why he gave no answer and another employee came and continued to physically push him with his hands and chest and ripped his shirt into peices. We love kfc and had never had any problems before this incident. All they had to do was say that the lobby was closed and he would have left but instead they decided to get violent and assault him never telling him why. Read moreOrdered by app 2 hours in advance and specified my pickup time. When I arrive at the correct time, the order was not prepared. 10 minutes later, we are given the order in a sealed bag. We get home and it's missing one of the wraps. I tried calling and I get an answering machine. On the order ticket, nobody has signed that they double checked the order. Obviously, because it wasn't double checked. We drive back to get the missing wrap. While there, I see other people waiting for their orders while all of the crew moves at a leisurely and slow pace. One man questions what is the delay on his order when somebody else gets their food before him. The girl replies, "We are out of tenders and making them now."
