I have found the perfect one stop vape shop!!! I have been going here for awhile now and never disappointed!!!!Awesome friendly service and awesome knowledge from Alex and Niel. Oh and they set up my vape for me and gave me simple and easy instructions how to charge and fill it!!!! You won't regret choosing these guys over any one else in the area I promise!!!....yes I have used bits and pieces of other reviews to good not to shre them...I have heard of ppl getting discounts even for throwing there cigarettes away infront of them....one guy travels 150 miles every now and then for there service, that has to tell you something right there, if not your blind and deaf lol. didn't feel rushed in the least bit. They are knowledgeable about all of the products they sell. I was treated very well and walked out the door satisfied with my purchase. Reccomend this business for anyone! They have a good selection for juice also. I have gotten free products myself and not mad...I even ask what will give me a better discount and they give me the better discount...no rip offs here. I have gone in a few times and had issues with vape, they have helped me as much as the justice system will allow them to help so they don't get in trouble with government....they really know what they are doing. I went in yesterday 8/6/24 in between 9 and 10 and they opened at 9...i was not sure at first what i wanted to do there and they greeted and waited while working and sorry idk names there my bad....but the guy was super friendly got me my sadboy pumpkin cookie salt nic juice and the xros series 0.8 ohmn mesh pods....finally my mistake caught up to them lol. I have a habit of droping my vapes...get in vehicle, vape goes on lap and then i get out drops on ground, i have had to get a few vapes cause of my forgetfulness and i was just sold a lanyard holder, that can go around my neck. I was so stocked and happy happiest i been walking out in the time i been there...i always have a good time....but what was done for me that day was amazing i got juice, pods, lanyard holder, and a newer vape since mine was damaged.....he even grabbed two different mods for me to check my pod and my vape did take one to many drops.....like i said before i left now i will have my Pacifier. They let you try juices, answer and vape question you have, try any thing can legally to fix your vape, they are also always on point at what mods to buy.....they have a binder or two of all there flavors of juices and they don't even mind you chilling for a few moments....these are the type of guys you would see helping an old lady change a tire on the road very humble and caring. They have great personalities and can joke around it's never crowded in there and they have fast service as well and don't forget a point system for free product saved me a few times. I can see me hanging with these guys outside vixen. Words can not describe how awesome this crew over here is they make you feel like you are there bestfriend/family it's amazing....if your having a rough day even if you want you could just go in for knowledge and I garuntee you will walk out with a smile and your day will improve I'm 99.99% sure of it lol I can speak for everyone or garuntee happiness by any means. Just amazing keep up the amazing work and keeping me from going off the rails on a crazy train...(ozzy) lol.....thank you again for existing and continuing to go above and beyond for us nicotine addicted...

Respectful, polite and knowledgeable. It was a daunting experience, in a unique fashion, one could say. The shriveling pride of this self proclaimed man's man could be seen buckling at the joints, entering an upbeat new school establishment with a resonant bitterness. You see, I had smoked cigarettes for upwards of 18 years... Shucks had my first pack before I was 12! I remember when the electric units and extracts started out and boy I wouldn't have been caught dead with one of those little beepers in my pocket. Yet here I am walking around this strikingly comfortably designed store looking at these, what could only be of European origin, nicotine contraptions. After a swift perusing of the store I was addressed by a member of staff and explained my situation. I had broken my jaw and the healing process required me to remove the contaminants inside tobacco smoke from my oral vicinity. I explained my situation and was treated very kindly, regardless of my reservations of the aforementioned devices. The gentleman educated me on the use of the item, it's expected longevity as well as signed me up for a rewards program they have! The kicker here, smoked about a pack a day and I tell you at the cheapest that's about 7$ per sunset. I spent around $28 on the Lost Mary unit they suggested and it lasted me 3 whole weeks. I am grateful for this store, their staff and their compassionate...

Stopped into Vixen Vapes while I was staying in Sedona for the weekend and needed to pick up a new disposable vape. My hotel wasn’t close to Vixen Vapes, but the 20 minute drive was extremely worth it.

Neil helped me out during my visit and was hands down, the most helpful and friendly person I’ve encountered at any vape shop recently. He had feedback and info on every item or brand I had questions about and didn’t hesitate to answer my slightly ADHD barrage of questions during my visit.

Huge plus for me, Vixen Vapes carries Fifty Bars in their disposable lineup which is not easy to come by in a lot of other places. Prices were extremely reasonable and for me, the drive was well worth the trip.
