Warning: Stay Away They Will NOT honor ANY warranty. They will not fix any issues even a day or two later. They will harass and blame u for their shoddy work and ridiculous customer service. This is really a 0 *s review. I will never ever go to this place again. They owe me $250 for a viper alarm and killswitch. And $800 in repairs. Here's why... I had just purchased a 1972 el camino. It was a gift from my father. So we naturally went to get an alarm system & killswitch. We were ignored as we looked around. I guess being a female they figured I didnt have $ or know anything about cars. They were of course completely wrong. I purchased said items and talked to their service guy. It was clear he wasnt used to working on classics but reassured me he could do it. 1.5hrs later the job was finished.Although we had to have him hide & fix exposed wires. A day later my car started having trouble starting. By the next day she was completely dead. They sent out a guy to check to see what the problem was. Obxiously all he did was try 2 start it 1x and then blamed my alternator battery and starter. He didnt even bring any equipment with him. Cut to towing her to a real mechanic shop... After he went through the entire car, he discovered the wiring was done like a hack job. These idiotsconnected 18g wire to 12g wires- something ANYONE with experience knows u NEVER DO! They ended up frying my distributor starter ignition ignition coil and All the electrical. I was out of a car for 3 weeks and it cost me $800. The mechanic even said he would testify in court that the work that was done was clearly done by someone who had no experience or business messing with electrical wiring in cars. Of course when my fiance and i attempted to bring this to their attention over numerous phone calls and trips to the shop, they immediately denied everything, told us it was our fault, and threatened us that even with proof they would never fix our car and were ready to let their lawyers drag it out in court, which would cost us more time and money.    Read moreI have been very patient with the entire situation but to this date since I had LED kit lights ordered and installed by this shop- not the best experience or quality install and still waiting for replacement parts that was promised by Gilbert. When initially approached this shop for ambient LED kit for my 24 GV70, the first kit ordered was a very low quality kit. Only one of the LED worked as the rest was not functioning. The install was terrible and I had to figure out the better materials to mount these lights. I came back to Gilbert and he was well aware that none of the other lights worked so he ordered a new Kit. I instructed Gilbert to uninstall the old and replace with the Kit - but since they were not used to install these kits, I advised to install the wiring and I will finish up the actual mounting using a better mounting adhesive. When I picked up the car they happened to leave my car key on the roof so when I drove home - key fell on the road and was run over to several pieces. The cost of a new key $500.00. Made arrangement with Gilbert that because of the neglect w my car key, it would be an even exchange and he would t have to charge me for the new kit and install. The initial install and kit was charged at almost $400.00. Two of the lights have failed and have approached Gilbert twice to order the replacement parts or sell me the entire kit but he said it’ll cost me another $400. He wouldn’t even give me the supplier contact. The last visit I had gave him opportunity to see the lights that weren’t working properly and said again for the 3rd time that he will order and call me back. It had been almost 2 months , totaling to more than 6months since the beginning of this terrible customer service. I cannot recommend this shop and will likely advise any of my car enthusiast groups to avoid this shop until they make this right. I had good faith to support a local business but being treated like this makes you think twice. If I still don’t get a call back or reparation from this shop - I will share this experience to Better Business Bureau And Yelp and other soc media outlet. I took it back to have it disconnected they want to charge me $40. Because I don't have the paper receipt. Really who doesn't have the info in the data base? Paper receipt only? How stupid is that? Never again will I go to this shop!
Whats wrong is you don't have info in your data base. I don't have my paper receipt. I'm not going to pay you $40 to disconnect the alarm you over charged me for in the first place. You should fix it or replace it. Now the lites are flashing when I drive the truck.Who uses paper receipts? Get with the times man. That is just a bullshit excuse and you know it. You have no record of it? Really guy. Why are you the only business out there that doesn't have a customer data base? That is absolutely ridiculous to hold on to your paper receipt.
