I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience at this location. I ordered online to make it a quick and easy process just to be left at the ordering screen unattended for 5 minutes then when finally prompted to pull up to the windows they kept forgetting parts of my order. And everytime I'd mention I noticed something else was missing I kept getting more and more attitude from the guy at the window. Then when I told him he forgot the drink he gave a really bad attitude filled the drink and handed it to me soaking wet from how he overfilled and rather than wipe it down he slammed the lid on it and handed it to me with the cup literally dripping wet and holding the straw in the same hand pinned up against the cup and the paper wrapper completely soaked aswell and practically shoving it in my hand and when he saw me shaking off all the dripping tea he left on it he asked as if annoyed with me if I wanted a napkin or what? My wife felt soo bad at how we were treated she didn't even want to mention they forgot our side order of chicken and I didn't see it was missing until I got all the way home. I've never had this horrible of an experience at any yoshinoya anywhere I've ever been to. Then to see they got stingy and barely put anything inside the containers was just the last straw. I will never go back to this location and will definitely spread the word of the awful service, attitude and staff they have at this location. Nobody seems like they even want to work there, if that's the case quit. Aside of that the side order of gyoza were so over cooked and dried out that my wife almost split her gums and chipped a tooth trying to eat them. Just overall the worst treatment and experience I've ever had at any yoshinoya I've ever been to. Never again and I hope no one has to deal with this...
Read moreWent here for lunch with bogo coupon (Reg Bowl). I used the drive-thru and ordered, and asked for not so fried rice which is additional 50c. The drive-thru board had price of $6.99 for the reg bowl and I knew I had to pay .50c for the upgrade. I did math in my head $6.99 + 50c + 75c (tax @ 10%) for ballpark total of $8.25. When I got to the window the kid said the charge was $8.92, so I asked him to break down the charge. He said the reg bowl was $7 and change, then charged me twice for the rice and added tax. I told him the board said $6.99 for the bowl. His response was the price changed today. Ok, so why not change the board? I told him I would not pay anything other than what the board said, and he said he had to charge me the higher price even though the board was not current. I asked for the manager and a lady came to the window and said no deal plus I had to pay for the upgrade on the free bowl. I told her to make it reg rice because I was going to pay when it should be no additional cost. She said to go around and go to the back at the line because I was holding up the drive- thru! Not what I call customer service! And, it’s not about .70c, it’s about getting off your behind and change the drive-thru board if you...
Read moreSo pleasantly surprised. It’s been about 10 years or more since my last visit, but won’t wait so long before my next trip. Why so long? I don’t know, but someone was talking about their red ginger and I’ve been on a mission for weeks until today. I had to admit the Yelp rating had me second guessing my decision, but i couldn’t get the red ginger out of my mind. I love it with the original beef but had to get a combo with veggies for the full effect. I thought I was going to get the original chicken with my beef, but the habanero chicken sounded so much better and frankly I couldn’t remember what the chicken was like so habanero and original beef it was. The beef and veggies were as I remembered and with enough red ginger doused really took me back. The habanero chicken was a pleasant surprise as was the clam chowder. Yes, clam chowder. Had to try it. Not something i expected on their menu, but a decent deal as a combo option. Drive thru was a little slow, but they more than made up for it with the extra ginger they gave me upon request. Price seemed reasonable given it was more than enough food for one and maybe even enough for two people. I definitely...
