Reprographics Imaging and Art Supplies — Attraction in Crystal Lake

I have had consistent issues with this print shop. Their communication is poor, leading to misunderstandings and unsatisfactory results. My business cards were printed on very thin paper without informing me of the quality. I also received flyers that did not match my specifications. Even with a trial print, they failed to inform me how to edit my file correctly, resulting in flyers that couldn't be cut properly and had white lines. They only gave me half the information needed to get good results and only provided the necessary information after I expressed my dissatisfaction. I absolutely love supporting this local gem! Reprographics has an incredible selection of high-end art supplies, like Williamsburg, Gamblin, and M. Graham oils and top notch drawing pencils, that I can't find anywhere else in the area. As an artist, having access to these materials is essential for my work, and saves me hours of travel. Plus, it's so much more fun to shop in person rather than on the Internet all the time. I'm so grateful to have this store so close to home. Literally my dream store! They have everything I need for airbrushing, oil painting, water colors, wax paints, inks, Winsor & Newton series 7 brush’s, even Warhammer kits. If there’s something I need that he doesn’t have he can order it for me! He has my favorite brands in store.
