Went in today for the third time since a few years … I’ve never had a bad experience with customer service or drinks but today I decided to try it out again and order something new . Drinks were great . Definitely will come back but the attitude the employee had was unprofessional. It was a young girl who seemed like she didn’t want to work there or even be there . No smile and was giving off bad vibes. Would’ve asked for a manager … I wanted to ask her questions about the drinks but when my bf asked for a drink she straight out said “what about that” with an attitude and he said can I get that?? . After that I was deciding which one for me and I said can I get the #15 and she said what kind of boba (I don’t drink these stuff so I was confused) (thought it came with just one type) I asked what do u have ? And she pointed down at me (not a single word and it was the whole menu) and I was confused on what to look at?? After I asked is it this ? (The “toppings”?) and she ignored my comment … so after that I was rude back because there is no reason to be rude at me for asking simple questions because I am new to these drinks and my bf . My son found this place online and wanted to try something different for dessert. This place is cute! They have a lot of different and unique options and flavors of Asian desserts including bubble tea with flavored tapiocas, “rolled” ice cream with various toppings, egg waffles with ice cream & toppings, boba tea, milk tea, smoothies, Asian pudding, sago, hot sandwiches in savory and sweet options. This place makes your items fresh made to order, and the way they make the “rolled” ice cream is really neat! They use a super-chilled cold plate to add the liquid ice cream, topping and/or other flavors, then they smashed it all up & mix it it before spreading a really thin layer across the cold plate; once it quickly freezes up they literally scrap it into little rolls and scope them into your cup ,then top it off with whipped cream and toppings of your choice! (SEE ATTACHED VIDEO OF THE ROLLED ICE CREAM BEING MADE!) It’s so good! We will be definitely coming back to try more of the unique items...

I was a bit disappointed because I saw the reviews and was coming far to try here. The photos of the items looked so good but the quality and as described was not really there. I patiently waited for the items to be ready I ordered 2 waffle sticks, 1 plain & 1 cheese. Could not tell the difference. Both were pretty dry and barely had the flavor of cheese. And I imagined the cheese stick was gonna be "cheesy" and visible in the center, but it wasn't. So much for the cheese. And for the drink I ordered the cheese foam matcha smoothie. I LUV cheese foam! I could not taste it as it was basically jus smothered like paint white spots on the cup and just tasted all the way just the matcha smoothie. I thought maybe it was if not at the top at the bottom or in the center but no after I quickly tried everywhere and pointed the straw at the direction of where I saw white on the cup to try taste it I could not savor the cheese still.
