El Burrito Restaurant — Restaurant in Crystal Lake

My wife, daughter and I are regular customers. I don't enjoy going to your restaurant when that rude waitress is there. I think her name is Ofelia. She treats me very rude just when I ask a question. Example: I was asking if your restaurant serves hamburgers. She could've said " no we don't ". Now that's a professional attitude. She actually responded." If that's what you want. Go to McDonald's for that! ". Or when I ask for salsa. No response just a dirty look. After all of this she still gets my order wrong. I have no idea what sparked this attitude. It's been a really long time since I last came here and I used to come often with my wife (at the time gf). I can't find a single thing wrong to say about this place. I've always enjoyed it back then and still enjoyed it this time around.

Unfortunately, I didn't take photos like I normally do, but rest assure, everything was fantastic. My wife had two tacos of asada, I had the torta Cubana, and my daughter had the kids chicken nuggets with fries. The tacos came will plenty of meat and a nice portion of cilantro and onions. The torta was just as good as it has always been. Although I do think (I could be wrong) that torta Cubanas usually have hot dogs in them, but this location didn't.

I went here last night with my buddy knowing it was dollar tacos. I asked the lady who was our waiter that I wanted them and I wanted to confirmed it was $1 tacos she said no...I was confused but I took her word for it. Ordered something else and she didn't even check up on us! She gave us our food and she seems like she didn't want us to be there. As I was leaving I see a big sign "$1 tacos Monday and Tuesday".
