Cannot get over how much I love this place. I was extremely stressed because other places I have been to are confusing and rude. But naw, this place made everything easy. Make sure to book well ahead of time, we got lucky even for an early weekday. Got the 2 seater kayak for 4 hours with snorkel gear. Required to show up 30 minutes before scheduled departure. Found the place easy, Delaney and the other kind woman were amazing from the get go! Just super kind and happy to help! We did have to watch a quick video before going out there (mainly about how to treat the Manatees). They have restrooms to change. They showed us a map that we were allowed to take with us (waterproof and easy to decipher), and went over everything with ease. On the map was also a number to call in case we need anything. And their launching dock is right on site really. Took their instructions and off we went! I recommend early to beat the heat and crowds.
Now we are not experienced kayakers but the water made it easy, we had no problems! Just make sure to wear a hat and sun protection because it does get hot.
Now I will mention, we have 0 clue if we could swim in the 3 sisters springs. But we found another area on the river on a sandy spot and just swam there and perfectly happy with that.
Loved the advice Delaney provided! Don’t want to say too much here to give away anything but she’s more than happy to give you tips on what to check out and what to avoid.
We did see one tagged manatee while out there, which was our little extra surprise. But this time of year we saw many beautiful birds, fish, and turtles.
We did decide to go back early, and called them 15 minutes out so they can meet us at the dock. They explain the late fee if you are but it’s extremely reasonable.
All and all, loved this company and the experience!
Seriously cannot get over how easy they made everything and how happy they were to do it. And love their passion for the river, springs and wildlife.
100000% worth it and hope to do it again! Thank you for making my mother’s 60th...

Read moreKacey & team were great!
Quick notes: Kacey works with you. Sunscreen your legs. Nice kayaks, gear, and directions!
There was some high wind at the time we rented kayaks, and they called to let us know; the were very helpful and offered a full refund, and explained where we could go to avoid getting tired out if we wanted to keep the time. We decided to stick with it, and were able to follow Kacey's directions to find all the springs she pointed out (House, Jurassic, and we even braved the wind to see three sisters!). We didn't get the glass bottom kayak, ours seemed flatter and I think that made it easier to get out and swim! Kacey gave us the heads up - probably no manatees since it was warm out - and it was nice that she set that expectation, we were able to enjoy the springs & kayaking more! The waterways were pretty popular, occasionally crowded feeling, even though there were no manatees. The kayak seats had a metal bar in them which made them much more supportive than many rental kayaks I've been in. They also provided a small dry bag (think phones/wallets not books) & a waterproof map. They made it a great trip! (P.S. don't make the mistake we made, put sunscreen on all of your legs not...
