LIES, RIP OFFS, DECEPTION, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, Recently I went to this store because I was having an issue with my phone, I was told my phone was crashing and that I needed a new one , so I paid $280 for a new phone , A week later my wife's phone had the same issue but she got a message saying how to fix the problem with a simple download, she tried it and it worked just fine, so we tried it on my old phone also and it worked, when I called the store and tried to talk with someone I was hung up on, I called customer service and they told me that I should not have had to replace my phone because of the issue that a download would have solved it, and the store was trained to sell phones and that's probably why they said I needed a new one, when I went back to the store and explained that my old phone was fine and I wanted to switch back and return the new one i was told no by Abby, and when I said I would take it up with corporate they told me good luck, there was fifteen other people in that store with the same issue and all were told they needed to replace there phone even a boy that just had a baby and said he couldn't afford a new one, they sold out on phones, that night, sad customer service even worse human...
