Uncle Sam's Furniture and Mattress SuperCenter — Attraction in Cullman

We had an excellent experience at Uncle Sams Furniture. Charity was excellent in explaining the different brands as well as their features. She spent a lot of time with us and we ended up buying three matresses. We purchased two Tempur Seley and a Tempurpedic Lux Adapt. We also purchased an adjustable platform for the Tempurpedic. Everything was delivered this week. The delivery guys were great. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite and just made the swap out a good experience. They took our old matresses as well as anything else that we did not want to keep. The price we payed was very fair. The only reason I did not give a five review is that you pay 100% of the purchase at the time of the sale. They then order everything. Our wait was 12 days which is a lot of time to have that much money tied up and not have the item. Other then that everything...

So I made a purchase on October 18th. I reached out by phone with no return calls, November 7th sent them an email with no response. I've contacted them by phone 5 times now and I've spoken with people with no return call. At one point I spoke with the manager & he apologized for the trouble said he would refund the money and send out asap. I told him a refund was not needed but I would appreciate my order. He seemed legit but nothing. No one will call me back, email me back. For a family owned company I feel a little shocked at their lack of response. I spoke with Karen December 2nd early part of morning/day and she said they don't even do online orders or sell the item I purchased.
