Granddaughter loves this place because it offers the bobo stuff. We have to drive 30 miles just so she can get the stuff. She gets a different kind every time she goes and hasn't had a bad flavor yet. My grandson can take the place or leave it depending on his mood. I personally think it is a money drain because everything is weighed, which can be extremely expensive if the grandkids are not reduced to one or two toppings on their extremely big container of yogurt.
The yogurt is ok. Sampled a couple of different flavors amongst the three of us. The winner was the dairy free cherry limeade. It had a little kick to it. The strawberry didn't have enough strawberry flavor so you couldn't really identify it in a blind taste test. The pina colada was pretty good. It tasted like coconut, which I like. Granddaughter liked it. Grandson didn't. The cheesecake flavor tasted like vanilla ice cream.
The young staff members are nice and polite, which is refreshing in this current climate of rude workers in most food industry jobs.
The place is very clean. One worker went right behind us to wipe down everything even though we didn't make a mess. They gave me the impression they were diligent in keeping everything as clean as possible for the next customer.
Couldn't see myself going regularly (because I am cheap and don't like the weighing thing), but would not stop from taking the grandkids for the bobo stuff they like on special occasions when we are in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe appearance was not good. There were flies landing on the various fruit and candy toppings which is absolutely gross and not good for anyone. No employee was present while we walked around looking at everything, but we did hear someone in back somewhere shuffling things-maybe restocking things which is very understandable since she was only person running the place. No signs posted anywhere with Cost of their Frozen Yogurt and I found it strange that there was a sign of some things for sale that are not even related to a restaurant/fast food/self-serve ice cream establishment. Anyway, when the employee did come out we asked her how much does it cost. She politely replied that everything cost $0.75 Cents per Ounce. That could easily turn into several dollars because they have several different flavors of homemade yogurt churning in the wall area & a variety of toppings plus choice of having it in a large sugar cone or a bowl. We decided to not get anything because of too many temptations that would end up costing more money than you would want to spend on a frozen sundae. This place would be perfect for someone who just wants a single flavor and no toppings. I'd want multiple flavors + multiple toppings & hot...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never made a review before, but after the experience we had I had to. Saturday we went to this place⦠waking in Iām not sure why, but it was HOT. Which itās summer I get that, but the temperature was definitely up. The lobby was an absolute mess. The chairs were everywhere and customers were just standing around waiting for the cashier. So we proceeded to grab a cup and get yogurt. It was so hot in there that our yogurt was already melting as it touched the cup and on top of that there was NO fresh toppings ALL of them were empty. The bar was absolutely disgusting with spilled liquid and crumbs and syrup EVERYWHERE. AND HERE IS THE BEST PART.. as we were checking out there were teens in front of us who ādidnāt have moneyā and the young teen working said āhey itās ok just take it I gave so and so free food earlierā. At that point itās like why canāt ours be free?????? If I say I donāt have money and you donāt know me.. are you gonna charge me??? And if so why? Whatās the difference? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used to love this place and after that experience I donāt...
