The update to the drive thru and building was needed and very nice. But the staff is lacking in training. Every single time I've come through, my order has been wrong. Tonight I paid $32 in meals for myself and my family, drove 20 minutes into town also. I ordered two spicy deluxe meals with bacon and no tomato, the girl taking my order completely ignored how I ordered everything. Somehow I received a child sized coke, only a handful of fries and my order had zero bacon and had the tomatoes on it. It's super frustrating making the drive into town to get mid way through town and realize my order is wrong. I didn't receive my receipt so I can scan it into my app. The last time my order was wrong, I was supposed to receive cards for a couple of free items, for the inconvenience of receiving someone elses order, to which I got to the window and heard Manager Josh complaining and asking why those were added to that order and proceeded to say, "No, those aren't going in there!" Read moreIt’s always good. The new building is nice and the drive through is much quicker now which is saying a lot because they’ve always been pretty quick. Of course the staff is amazing. They’re well trained and friendly and working hard to please customers. My daughter said the indoor playground is now open. I plan to return with the littles and check it out. My understanding is they were using this area for storage, before the rebuild. I’ve only experienced drive through recently and will update review after dining in. Overall it’s always a good experience at Cullman Chick-fil- A “chicken-fil-a” as my kiddos call it. My daughter eats here very frequently and it tickles me (us) to no end that they’ve never once in 5 years gotten her name correct. Read moreI thought working at chick-fil-a meant something, I thought they had a higher standard for their workers. Not anymore apparently. The last three trips have included watching them talk with their friends while not even taking my order, ignoring the fact that there were cars in the other line that had not placed their order, and then today where three workers stood around talking while ONE worker took the orders in his line. Quite garbage service, for any fast food restaurant, much less a chick-fill-a. I’m pretty sad to be posting this. Chick-fil-a was my last hope at good, reliable, service. Edit: after eating my food I am even more disappointed. It was a very busy drive thru. How was my tea that old and my fries that cold? I have never ever been disappointed by a chick-fil-a.
