Apple — Attraction in Cupertino

On Aug 30, my 16-month old Apple Watch broke; after taking it in to the local Apple store, the technician said that the gyro, accelerator, and heartrate sensors went out. It was mailed off to the Indiana repair center; the technicians there said nothing was wrong with it and sent it back. For 5 hours, the watch actually worked; then it went out again. When I went back to the local Apple store, the technician's diagnostic test revealed that 3 sensors were out: gyro, accelerator, & heartrate. Back to the Indiana repair shop. When it came back, the watch worked for 25 or so hrs, then broke. When I called the Apple 800 #, 16 days after the watch first broke, the sales representative kept me on the phone for an hour, often placing me on long holds so she could "ask a Sr. Advisor what Apple could do to help" me.

After an hour, she said that I could keep the broken watch (no need to mail it back to Apple), and go online and buy a new Apple watch.

Actually, I could have gone online & bought a new watch (while keeping the only 16-month old broken one)----16 days before and saved myself a lot of time.

So, Apple seems to be a company with

---poor repair technicians ---poor customer service representatives ---poorly made, low quality watches that break after only 16 months.

I do not recommend that one buy an Apple...

Oh. My. God. Where do I even start with this incredible piece of technology called the Apple Magic Mouse? I swear, using this masterpiece has brought me nothing but pure joy and seamless functionality!

First off, who in their right mind thought it was a bad idea to put the charging port on the bottom? Genius! This design choice keeps the mouse sleek and uninterrupted. I hardly ever have to charge it, and when I do, it's so quick and easy.

And let's talk about the design. Sure, it looks sleek, but have any of you actually tried using this marvel for more than five minutes? It's so comfortable and ergonomic that my hand feels amazing, even after long hours of use. Apple, you’ve truly outdone yourselves with this design.

Oh, and the connectivity! Every time, the Magic Mouse pairs instantly with my MacBook. It never disconnects and always provides a flawless connection. It’s like it has a mind of its own, always knowing exactly what I need. I’ve never had a more reliable and hassle-free experience with any other mouse.

To anyone considering buying this mouse: do yourself a favor and get it. Apple, you have truly created the best product ever. I can’t believe I get to use this wonderful device every day. I'm so grateful for the amazing experience it provides. Apple, you deserve all the praise for the joy...

Apple care plus on AirPod Pro twos asked to be fixed by Apple their self. They said they would. They sent them to a different company to get fixed and they did not get fixed. They got worse Apple will not replace them. They want to send him back off to somebody else that can’t fix them. I paid too much for my AirPod Pro twos to be shipped off and not repaired properly but get more damage and then they want me to let shipping back off refused to give me new ones for their screwup I might just let everybody know where to buy Apple AirPod pros for under $60. Brand new with Apple warranty but Apple would love that...
