My Illusion Reception Hall — Attraction in Cypress

Very simple. My wife called to make a reservation. The guy who answered spoke Spanish and my wife told him in English she wanted to make a reservation. The guy hung up on her. She called again and he picked up the phone and hung up back up. She called over and over and they ignored the call or picked up the phone and hung it up again. Moral of the story, we just wanted to check out the hall for an event we wanted to plan. Now.... I will never do business with this place or anything because of the horrible and unprofessional event that just took place. If thats how you run your business then I will gladly take my business...

If I could give 0 stars I would. The experience we had while trying to setup our event was horrible. Not only did they double book our date, they compromised our signed contract forcing us to postpone our event. If that wasn't enough, when we asked to talk to the owner they stated that is was not possible, that even they themselves are not able to talk to them. They showed little respect towards us while discussing the ordeal. We refuse to work with an establishment that handles their affairs with such low regards towards...

The all inclusive package was within my budget for a Friday night event. They setup everything from centerpieces to food to the dj and cake. I did not have to stress about the big details, it was handled or liaison through the hall. The manager and coordinators are bilingual. Ms. Liz was my event coordinator the night of, and was my go to person the whole time I had questions. Andrea was there on site during the day and is helpful as well.
