Gyro Plug — Restaurant in Cypress

When I walked in I thought the place was empty. I shouted to the back to see if anyone was there and a man walked out with a stack of containers and began prepping them for delivery. I asked if he had Apple Pay and he had no idea what that was (they do.) I wasn’t sure I was going to like this place because the vibes were a little off at first, but I placed my order and the man shuffled back to prepare it. When he brought it out he made sure to throw in napkins and utensils even though I was content to just grab it and go. When I got back to work I was a little let down that I didn’t get pita slices like in the picture of the rice plates. Then I took a bite… and another, and another. Oh my god it was delicious! The meat was spiced well and very tasty. I loved the sauce and the salad was good as well. The real star of the show was the rice, though! I had planned on skipping the rice beforehand, because I’m picky about my rice and it was the meat I craved, but I was blown away. Perfect texture, not too soft, a little sticky but not at all mushy, and perfectly packed with flavor. Their chicken Gyro I order was delicious and fresh which I appreciated that. Have to say the actual place is a little hidden so you'll have to look a little harder and a little dark inside but you'll be fine lol overall everything...
