Mrs. Toni led us through the intricate process of making wine at Dahlonega Wine, making Studio (I chose a Hibiscus/Dandelion flavor profile). As she taught us the art of fermentation and blending, Mark crafted a delightful batch of Honeydew melon wine. However, the highlight of the day was tasting "Always Popin," a unique concoction born from the remnants of various previous wine-making sessions.
