Today I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Lester and Nuria at the Dahlonega UPS Store, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of.

Lester was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He didn’t just process my shipment — he made sure every detail was correct and explained my options clearly, ensuring I had confidence in the service I was choosing. His calm, approachable demeanor instantly put me at ease.

Nuria was equally wonderful, with a warm and welcoming personality that made the whole process feel seamless. She has a true gift for customer care, and it was obvious that she takes pride in making each interaction a positive one. She anticipated what I needed before I even had to ask and made sure everything was handled efficiently, without ever making me feel rushed.
