My nails look great. BUT the service was not. I have a burn on my leg I’m trying to heal so I told her only cut and paint my toes she said okay. She still continued on doing my legs. (The burn is a good bit of my shin) the guy doing my nails which I told them fill in and polish change. He took all of my nails off and completely re done them when it was not needed at all and I’ve been to many salons they have never done that unless it was broke or I asked. I have a burn on my thumb that I showed him before he started and I told him it is sore. He said ok I hope it’s better soon and from then on he was constantly squeezing my thumb and twisting it pouring acetone directly on it I can’t count how many times I said ow. I went to have some quiet time as I’m a full time mom and work full time 3rd shift and this visit was not relaxing at all. I’m still waiting for them to call me back. On the phone I was told language barrier was a little hard. and that’s no problem I understand they are learning to communicate but it was like they wasn’t even understanding what the other workers was saying. I came in today for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was fantastic—the technician did a great job, and I’m really happy with how my nails turned out. However, the pedicure was a completely different story.

Unfortunately, the woman who did my pedicure has done it before, and both times were painful experiences. This time, she cut me on the very first toe she worked on, and it bled quite a bit. Throughout the whole pedicure, my feet were hurting, and the experience was really uncomfortable. She also had to remove and redo the polish multiple times because of mistakes, and even then, the final result looked like I did them myself at home—not what I expect from a salon.

The person I came with had a different technician, and her pedicure looked amazing, so I know the quality is there with the right person.
