Goodwill Store — Attraction in Daly City

Why they let a guy with pony tail go inside pick all the shoes! I come here all the time used to buy good shoes. I always saw this guys inside the store picking up the good shoes! Why manager let this person come inside not let it give to customers all of there display shoes was garbage all small sizes. Then i saw this guy with 3-4 large garbage bag pack of shoes! Every week everytime there is a delivery! This isn’t fair to other while other customer trying luck to get good stuff this guy was inside picking them all! Somebody works there work with him maybe a manager.. prices is ridiculous aswell i can buy a $1 worth of power cable in $1 store this store charges $5 for used...

I always shop at the south San Francisco goodwill however recently I just started going to the Store on mission St Daly City The store is too crowded and the employees are shady, they pull items from the back room and hand them out to their friends and relatives, before the items reaching the floor shelves. I believe the manager is part of this unethical behavior. I’ve donated and shopped at goodwill for a while however I have advised my social media followers not to donate to goodwill. Go to any other Goodwill. We called about donations and they said to come on by. We got there and some employee (a guy with a bunch of facial piercings) was so incredibly rude to us. Yelled at us as we were walking in with a box that they are full up. When I tried to explain we had talked to someone on the phone he literally told us that hadn't happened. "Get as mad as you want, you didn't talk to anyone on the phone." I tried showing him my call log and he literally laughed at us. Literally was just trying to donate some...
