So I went in with my e-machine desktop because i was having trouble with it. Tommy was excellent. He told me what was wrong with my computer because the hard drive had fried because i have had that pc since 2010. He was honest because he said it wouldn't be wise to fix it because it was so old but he was able to get my files onto a external hard drive. It saved me money until i can get a new desktop so i will just use my laptop in the meantime.
