Tried calling for 2 hrs...no reply or answer...so I paid to record outside....kept calling....went to answer service....called all other stores in area...they answered....said they keep getting same complaints.....after 2 hrs got through...I complained....Owen lied....said got no calls ...I told him ...well guess what ...I been recording while calling....watched while they decided to ignore ...and after 2 hrs ...he picks up ..and hangs up....bit now he realized I was recording....all other stores good stay away from Owen and Dartmouth...he even gave other stores attitude when confronted...hey bro I warned u .....I paid extra 50 to call u on ur slacking...so stay away from Dartmouth if Owen there...might take 2 hrs for answer w u and other stores calling follow by him answering and hanging up on u then putting back to answering service.....I warned him I was document everything..don't care ...so Owen....how u feeling now ...it was worth the extra 50 to catch u after u wanna play games and I got videos phone proof and other stores trying to contact...stupid games...

Walked in with my 11 yr old son and Brought in my his old Xbox one and upfront I explained the fairhaven GameStop told me I would get $30 for damaged Xbox or store credit. She still had an attitude and snarky questions “would you wanna buy this Xbox?” No like I said came in for the $30 or store credit. She acted as if the $30 was coming out of her paycheck lol what a joke! How about you just do your job and stop being so extra? She even complained about the controller not having the battery pack but when we left my son reminded me it never came with a battery pack and it only came with AA batteries. I left and stopped by games for gold and they POLITELY apologized for not being able to take the Xbox. I ended up going back to Fairhaven and dealt with such a sweet and professional employee, he even offered $20 extra in store credit! Watch out going to Dartmouth location with your kids very unprofessional...
Read moreShowed up to pick up the super smash brother bundle pack for the Nintendo switch which I pre ordered and put on layaway and was told I had until december 19th to purchase it. I have kept in contact and called on numerous occasions to confirm the total owed and the date it had to be picked up by, nothing more was discussed. I went to pick up my bundle pack and was told by the rude and ignorant manager that they only hold the console for 48hours and that I should of asked who I was speaking too on the numerous of phones calls made, and due to me not speaking with him, whom I didnt know I had to talk to or ask for when calling couldn't help me and my Nintendo switch had been sold so instead of the limited edition super smash brothers switch bundle which included a game & warranty for 359.99 I now had to purchase a regular switch console with warranty for the same price.
