I'm just going to drop my yelp review on this to save as many poor souls whom decide to dine here.
This is probably one of the worst Olive Gardens I have ever been to. Our sports team came here to eat after our match and the waiting staff couldn't be any ruder. A simple question led to the longest most complicated explanation I have ever had to sit through and listen to. The question was "How long would it take to seat a party of 12?". After about 10 minutes of smug attitude from not only one, but FOUR waitresses, whom all were busy making up excuses as to why it would take 30 minutes to be seated we decided to dine else where.
So half the team walked to chipotle to satisfy there hunger. For some reason, some of the team went back inside the olive garden to shelter themselves from the cold, while they decided where they wanted to go eat. Miraculously the waitress asked us if we were the party of 12, approximately 10 minutes after she had told us it would take 30 minutes to be seated, and seated us by the bar. Once seated, it took approximately 15 minutes for an employee to come greet us. He was the bartender, and asked us if we were ready to order, without having served us the famous Olive Garden Bread sticks. 10 minutes after that, after watching him run back and forth from the bar and to other tables, brought us our drinks. Approximately 5 minutes after that our coach had asked him if he was going to serve us the complementary bread sticks soon. He finally brought us our bread sticks from the oven, which is probably the only reason I would give this restuarant a star, in conjunction with our bar tender being friendly. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
After watching everyone eat there soup and salad for about 20 minutes my appetizer, that I had order alongside my entree, arrived. 15 minutes after that my entree arrive well undercooked from what I had asked for. It looked like my piece of meat was about to jump off the table and run away. I can't keep going on or else I'll have to remind myself of this horrid experience. Hands down with out a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at an Olive Garden chain. This is very upsetting and I will definitely refer others AWAY from this...
Read moreTotally disappointed at this Olive Garden location. It was my daughter's birthday. She picked Olive Garden for the place to celebrate it. It started by us being seated at a table. The waiter came and took our drink order. We order appetizers with our drink order. A few minutes later our appetizers arrived but no drinks. We then order our meals, me choosing the stuffed shells with meat sauce. My daughter's ordered the Shrimp Scampi, and the kids meal with choice of pasta and cream sauce with shrimp. I picked the soup and they ordered the unlimited salad. Still no drinks! The soup and salad arrived. Still no drinks! I finally asked for the drinks? The waiter said he forgot them but would be right back with them. By this time he was bringing the food instead. My stuffed shells were dried out and brown on top. My daughter's kids plate came on a large plate with a small portion of dried out noodles. Totally shocked by the quality of food being so poor. The shrimp scampi was the same. The drinks arrived finally. I called the waiter over to ask him if the food had been sitting under the heat lamp? He said that's how it is prepared? I was so disappointed by the quality of food they serve. I wouldn't recommend this place to celebrate a birthday in the future. Now that we didn't eat much of the food, I told the waiter it was my daughter's 9th birthday today and we were celebrating it. He replied that's nice. I thought he would get the hint to bring a piece of cake or have them sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, it never happened. He then asked do you want desert? I ordered the cake. As he walked off I got up to use the restroom and walked over to him and told him again if they could acknowledge her Birthday? He replied I am sorry I missed it. Don't worry we will be there in a minute. A few minutes later he came with the desert and check in hand. No singing or Birthday wishes came with it. I paid the bill and left with my disappointed daughter. Not the place to go at...

Ate there today at 3:30pm..Dartmouth Mall location. Suheidy was our waitress. Besides the soup/salad & bread sticks..she got everything wrong!
We arrived too late for lunch..our hostess said lunch ended at 3..no problem..but she could have said "we have early bird dinner duos"available..she didn't. I discovered them myself. We ordered 2-diet comes..we we're almost served regular comes (this is a problem to 2 diabetics). We ordered from the dinner duos menu and said this after each item we ordered not to be confused. We ordered the cheese ravioli & the cx parm dinner. Each time we ordered we said "dinner duos" they we're $8.99 each.
We were served lasagna & cx parm sandwich. I informed her the lasagna was wrong but she said that's what I asked for..my husband later confirmed to me that I did ask for the ravioli. Anyway, she corrected the error. After she walked away, I checked the.menu again..it.did not say "cx parm sandwich" but we figured we must have misunderstood the menu. My husband ate it anyway. I then checked the ziosk on the table to see what was ordered. It had the wrong items..it said 2 salads which is what the next table had. I pointed it out to the waitress and she said she would have it changed. (We could have just paid the ziosk & walked out underpaying our order). She came back a couple of times and said it had been changed..it had not. Finally, it was changed but we we're still not being charged correctly. Now we were being overcharged. $13.90 for the ravioli & $11.90 for the cx parm sandwich. We again pulled out the menu and showed.her what we ordered & what were we supposed to be charged according to the menu. She went off to change it again. She came back with the ravioli corrected but not the parm. I pointed it out to her and she just stood there..no motion to correct it again. I finally just paid the incorrect bill and left.
I do t mind paying for what I ordered, but do t want to be...
