I met Diane when I walked in to the store on my first visit. She and I talked on the phone initially and she narrowed the range of options she thought suitable for me

In that visit I also met R J the store manager who also was very friendly and helpful

Anyway at the outset I was the only person in the store, and I spent about an hour narrowing my choices and requirements

Then I left and said I would return which I did last Friday when I also Michelle. Again I was the only customer in the store at 2:30 but over the next two hours a few more arrived

I finalized my purchase with Diane including pillows, a set of sheets and mattress pad protectors

As a prior Sleep Number customer and owner in Massachusetts, my present experience with Diane and her colleagues was not only excellent and relaxed but infinitely better than my prior purchases in Massachusetts. The sessions were interesting and pleasant, gentle and not pushy

If the install on June 7th goes as well as my purchase in the Dartmouth store, then I will feel very fortunate and pleased, if for no other reasons than my previous experience with Sleep Number independent contractors has been TERRIBLE AND REQUIRED ME TO REACH OUT TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT MINNEAPOLIS TO STRAIGHTEN THINGS OUT

If all Sleep Number stores were as well Managed with a knowledgeable, pleasant and focused as your personnel in Dartmouth, your company should enjoy continued success

I bought a sleep number i8 mattress from this store. They charged me a $250 delivery fee that I was not initially informed of until the very last moment. Their website says nothing about this. This mattress cost $3,000 on sale already so it was upsetting to not find out about this hidden charge until checkout time. With the delivery charge and tax it ended up costing $3,500. They ended up waiving the delivery charge later because they had to deliver it later because they could not deliver on the initial date.

After about a month I decided to return my Sleep Number i8 because it was causing me and my girlfriend serious back pain. A $300 mattress from Amazon was causing less pain than this thing.

When I went to go return this mattress because it is just a cheap air mattress with 12” of foam on it and not worth $3,500 I was charged another $250 to return it! I was never informed of this return fee and they refused to waive this return fee.

Buyer beware their 100 night policy is full of hidden fees and charges. You will lose $500 if you return...
