Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Dartmouth

Let’s begin with the positives. The bartender, Monica, deserves 5 stars. She’s attentive, friendly and was on top of everything on a Tuesday night. She serves great drinks and when the order was wrong, she jumped on it to correct it.

Also, the place is huge. Definitely a great sports bar. Plenty of televisions and plenty of table seating. We sat at the bar which was also a big area.

We sat at the bar on a Tuesday night. It wasn’t too busy here. We ordered a side of onion rings and wings. Tuesday night is “two for one” wings, so we ordered 10 and received 20. Tried 4 different sauces. Again, Monica was excellent with suggesting sauces when we couldn’t decide on the many choices. Our order arrived pretty quickly, unlike some of the other reviewers here commented on. We started with the onion rings and they were good. Not the best we’ve had, but good.

We then went to the wings. Something didn’t seem right about the flavor choices we had made and we realized they sent the wrong order. Much like others had complained about here, the order was wrong. We received 30 wings with the wrong flavors. We pointed it out to Monica and she jumped on it. She got our correct order right away. So, the wings weren’t great. They were overdone and the flavors were just okay.

Overall, we thought if the word “wings” is in the name of your restaurant, then the wings should be stellar. Unfortunately, they weren’t. Just 3 stars because they are over cooked and the sauces aren’t “on point,” but Monica is a 5 star bartender and...

NEVER AGAIN! We went in today to give it 1 more shot. We had a Gift card so that's why we went for lunch. Nobody acknowledged us to say I'll be right with you. We keep looking around because we were hungry. After 15min this lady says I'll be right with you. She asks what we'd like to drink and we reply with were all set to put in our order. They have a handful of waitresses yet the tables aren't being cleaned around us! We weren't given silverware, there is no condiments on the table either. Food takes a long time and when it came out it was a different lady. Tater tots and fries came out cold. The chicken sandwich was worse than Chick Fil A'. It was Luke warm, and one plop of sauce. Are u kidding me? Chicken wings were just okay. Nobody asked how our food was, waitress never came back which is always annoying. Never mind when the damn food is cold!!!!! How does this piece of crap place stay in business? My husband had to ask someone where our waitress was. She said what do u need? He replied well the food was cold when it came out so could I speak to the manager and I'd like the check. Guess what she says. She takes off comes back and says "You're all set." No manager came! So we have no idea if the original lady was in charge. She did have a different color shirt then the younger workers. Shitty, service all around. What a...

We went to this location last night and we’re extremely disappointed by several levels of service and overall restaurant quality. We were forced to sit at the bar despite asking to wait for a table to be available. With this we were told by the waitress that she was “the only one serving and way too busy to deal with more tables.” We were then led to seats in the bar area that were filthy, and the table was covered in sticky food stains and overall mess from whoever was there before us. The waitress that did serve us only came over to the table three times, once for drink orders, the second for food orders, and then to deliver the food. We were not asked about the quality of our meals (which were made wrong) and then forced to pay on our phones despite being uncomfortable with this option. The table was never cleaned after we were seated, and our drinks remained empty for the majority of our meal without anyone coming to check on us. Walking out the kitchen was visible to consumers and the floor was covered with chicken, French fries, and other food continuously being stepped on by servers and cooks. There have been several bad experiences we have had here but this was by far the worst. My tip: come here to laugh at how awful it is rather than expecting to be...
