Mattress Firm Dartmouth Mall — Attraction in Dartmouth

I was looking online at adjustable bed frames but I needed to see them in person. I saw that Mattress Firm sells the ones I was looking at, so I went to the one in Dartmouth MA. When I walked in I was greeted by this younger man who asked me what brought me in. He introduced himself and took me to look at the adjustable bed frames I had asked about. His name was Mario and went over all the different features and the differences between them all. He had me lay down to get a feel for each. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He sold me! I told him I needed to talk to my wife and would need to come back with her. He took my name and email in order to send me information to show her. When I got back to my car I immediately called my wife to see where she was and she was headed to a store nearby. I told her to come meet me at Mattresses Firm first. When she got there we went back in and Mario was surprised to see me back with her so soon. We went back over to the adjustable bed frames and he went over everything with her as he did with me. He then told us he would let us be and if we needed him he would at his desk. He had sold my wife as well. We were both on the same page. I used to be in sales, and I know it takes a special kind of person to be able to do that job and be sincere and non pushy. Mario was one of the best sales men I think I have ever dealt with. The product I bought was what I went in for but Mario made the whole buying experience so easy and comfortable! I was a little hesitant making such a large purchase but I had so much confidence in Mario that I knew I was making the right decision. This company is like the dollar store mattress company ‼️‼️‼️‼️🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑do not buy from here !!!!!!!!!!!! Go to cardis … you will buy one mattress and the will send you a completely different mattress… ☣️At this point, I am so disgusted with mattress firm … this company is not worth anyone’s time or money , and if I could find the corporate mattress firm on Google reviews, I would’ve posted this there. I basically have no words except “ never again” . I’m just gonna pay for what I got, and Call it a day. and next time I buy a mattress , it will be from a reputable Store. That will deliver the mattress I actually bought. Down below you will see a pic of the exchange I had done for a different mattress. The warehouse actually loaded up the defective mattress to actually give it to me !!! Crazy right . Then ,after I refused it I waited a week to get the right mattress.. No …. I got a different mattress other then I one I agreed on . This came from the warehouse as well . Just to give everyone a heads up before you believe and trust them . They only care about themselves.. and Michael the manager is great at lying , these people lie with such confidence like they’re actually trying to help you out .. Michael clearly said on the phone I’m gonna wrap up your mattress. The mattress I got didn’t even come from the local store that I agreed on. I got a total different mattress from the warehouse .!!! Update… 😡😡😡 no help from anyone from the company! Had a phone call to address what happened , but no action has been taken . Basically just I’m sorry Don’t shop here !!! I called this store on a whim this morning when we were at breakfast. I spoke to a very nice gentleman by the name of allan. I asked him if they took away your old mattress and box, spring and he said, yes. And I said okay we'll be by in a few hours. Well, it was longer than a few hours, but we did go. He greeted us with open arms. And I said are you, alan, and he said, yes, I said this is kathy and david, oh, the folks from breakfast. He went over.Just about every single bed with my husband in that place. Was very kind and explained everything explained all the different details.All the different warranties, all the different features, and what was the best bang for the buck. It just so happened, I told him I had a fifteen percent coupon. He said that's great. I can apply it to your order. Well, lo and behold, aren't I lucky? It is all ready labor day weekend sale. So we made out great. David bought just the bed and he was looking for. He kept going back to the same bed over and over and over. And he said to alan, this is the bed.I want. And he said, okay, that's what you will get. So the adjustable bases are purchased separately. He told him which one was the best to buy and what was the best remote, which is almost like a little ipad. I am a very chatty person, and I got a long, very great with him. And his staff there highly highly recommend this store. It will be delivered this week. Which is very quick?I'm very happy with this....
