Enough is enough please get it together you don’t get to do what you want with a cup of coffee that someone is ordering and paying $11.00 for a grande I’ve been in here numerous times and it seems as it’s getting worse when a customer goes up to the counter and ask for a cup of Coffee the way they like it or whatever else fill the order the way the customer wants it.
This is why you have those stickers on the side of the coffee cups. You ask for oat milk because of allergies they fill it with whole milk you ask for no foam they give you foam you ask for cinnamon they don’t put it in the orders are always screwed up some do their jobs very well some are too busy on their phones talking.or not paying attention You keep this up you are going to loose customers if you need extra help because you are short staffed talk to the owner or manager and get the help.
But to buy an expensive cup of coffee and not get it the way you order it is unacceptable! I stand there and wait and customers come in and complain about their orders being wrong not cool so better when i order a cup of coffee I want a full cup of coffee not half foam and only getting a half cup of coffee that is taking advantage specially when you are paying $11.00 for a grande I know business is Business but you shouldn’t take advantage of your customers.
for example filling their cups with full ice but only giving them 3 ounces of coffee not acceptable please straighten this out. My girlfriend went in today ordered a grande chai latte iced she asked for cold foam which should have been already taken into consideration when making her latte so when she reminded you guys about the foam because again you didn’t follow the order details you dumped out about 2.5 ounces of her latte and put the foam on top afterwards causing her to have less chai but paying full price....
Read moreCoffee is always good from Starbucks. But,this location specifically has outrageous wait times. Not just once…this is the 7th tindnnme I e had to get my money refunded because I was late to work waiting for the coffee that I ordered AN HOUR BEFORE on the app. If it happened once I wouldn’t leave this review. But it happens often. Unacceptable and not worth it. EDIT: I’m writing this 6 months later. I’m not sure what is it with this Starbucks and the one in New Bedford on Coggeshall st but both locations have made me never want to order from Starbucks again. For the FOURTH time in 2 weeks my order has been made completely wrong and since I’m usually rushing to work I don’t always have time to inspect my drink ( which I shouldn’t have to do everytime in fear that my coffee is made completely wrong). AGAIN my coffee at the Dartmouth location didn’t make the coffee with all the extras that I added. I pay extra for the seeet cold foam, extra pumps of syrup, blonde esprssso, and they never make it the way I want it. They make it regular so I pretty much pay extra for nothing. EVERY time. I finally called today to get a refund because I’m sick of wasting my money. The First Lady told me that it wasn’t possible to give a refun over the phone. With her condescending attitude. I asked for a manager. The manager came on the phone and told me the same thing that she can’t refund over the phone. I told her that was a lie because I’ve had it done before. She then miraculously made it work over the phone after I told her she was lying. (Again with her condescending tone. I will never order from either of these Starbucks again. I’ll have to just stick to my local coffee shops. Do better. Get better staff. ALSO this is the amount of coffee I got in my large white mocha…I...
Read moreGreat location. Friendly, attentive, and quick baristas who make some great coffee. The staff gets a 5 from me, but...
Couple caveats that prevent the store itself from being a 5, if you're planning on working or studying here:
Noise level: due to the open design of this location and most of the furniture being wood and metal, the noise can get pretty unbearable even when there's only about a dozen people in the store. If you're planning to work, study, or have a decent conversation, beware. You'll need some headphones.
Temperature: 2 side of the building are completely glass windows, and even though there are shades and partially tinted windows it can get really warm in here even during the winter. The shades don't black out the incoming sun, so if you plan on going during the afternoon, be prepared to stare at the sun if its out. Also, difficult to see a laptop screen most of the afternoon as well.
Furniture: The furniture at this Starbucks, aside from a couple of sofa style chairs, is some of the worst I've seen at any location. All the tables have these weird wooden chairs that are halfway between normal and a high-top chair. The gap between the seat and the table-top is only about 8 inches. So if you have big legs, you won't be able to fit comfortably. Also, if you're an average sized human be prepared to sit hunched over the table if you're working, studying, or eating. It gets pretty unbearable pretty quickly. But maybe that's intentional to make sure people...
