Wanted to order an item I saw on the website. Called to ensure it was in stock prior to placing the order and was confirmed all good. Received a single, automated response that my payment was processed and ordered received. Called 3 days later to ask about shipment status. Order had not shipped yet. Called back that afternoon and asked for tracking number. After several minutes on hold, received tracking number (obviously just generated). Tracking number not found until next day.
Ordered received, missing part. Called to inquire. Guy said "I have it in my hand with get it right to you". Called a week later after no part, no call. Was put on hold again and was given (obviously just generated tracking number). Tracking number not found until next day.
Can't speak for in-store experience but the e-commerce experience from shopping cart, to notifications, to shipping feel very...

We have pictures from 25+ years ago that are 5x7 and needed to scan them to be 4x6, they are from Picture People (who are no longer in business so we can’t get a release form). They are for my brothers baby shower to show him as a baby, which is supposed to be sentimental & cute. We went in to get them scanned, the old guy rudely snatched the pictures FROM MY MOMS HAND & said we can’t scan them because they need a release form. My mom tried to explain that a release form is impossible as they’re out of business, and the guy literally threw his hand up in my moms face and says “yeah, yeah, I’ve heard this all before.” Just super rude & disrespectful.

Read moreI bought a promaster tripod while I was in SD, while using it I realized that it had a defect. Knowing I would not be able to get back to the store I purchased it from I emailed promaster who told me to take it to the nearest dealer, which was Camera Corner. We live an hour from their location, but my husband happen to be going to school in Davenport so I asked him to take it in. While my husband was there he received the most extraordinary service, friendly, helpful and best of all hassle free. They switched out my tripod no questions asked, once seeing the defect.
