I asked the lady who waited on me if I could return the items if they didn’t fit. She said yes as long as the tags and you have receipt . Today I tried to return an item and Lisa the manager was very rude and said she didn’t have the money to return a $35.00 item that I would have to come back around 5 pm I don’t live in the area so the unacceptable.The receipt states their return policy and says nothing about not being able to return item because don’t have enough cash.I believe this is the worst customer service and this is probably why your store doesn’t have bussiness go to a different catos .I wouldnt even work for...

I am a regular here and rarely have any issues. Last Tuesday I was in Christmas shopping and as soon as I walked in I immediately heard coughing and hacking. I did see employees with masks on, not properly worn though, they barely covered their mouths and noses weren't covered at all. I overheard them talking about being sick and not wanting to work.
