My children and I go to hasty tasting quite frequently. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is always wonderful. But there’s this one server that I can’t stand to have and I had her today. Older lady tall with dark gray hair her personality sucks And is absolutely so unprofessional and rude. All the other girls that work there are so nice very happy && you can tell they really want to tip. I asked the server if she could just put in my daughter‘s order first and come back to me. She replied no I’m not gonna put it in first. The cook will kill me if I do that. I proceeded to say Can you tell him that’s what The customer wants. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Took her about seven minutes to get our drinks because she had an attitude with me because of what I said She comes back, gives us our drinks Doesn’t say a word and I’m just in my head like OK are you gonna ask me what I want now Which she didn’t so when she came back with my daughter‘s food, Laid it in front of her without saying a word. I just told her I wanted a side of cottage cheese with pineapples. After that, she never spoke to us. I went up to another server and asked her if I could have an extra pancake and she was so wonderfully nice. I even told her I wish we had more servers like you. And she told me a lot of people complain about her attitude. I don’t care how long someone has worked somewhere Treat everyone with respect. I know we’re on the east side of Dayton and things are a little more white trash over there, but I’m not so I deserve to be treated with respect. My daughter begged me to go to hasty tasty after her kindergarten graduation even though I wasn’t hungry and it was making me even more late to work. I still did what my daughter wanted to do on her graduation of kindergarten. If I ever sit in this woman section again, I promise I will get up and go sit with someone else because I will never be treated like that again You would think she wanted to make money instead of having a nasty unprofessional attitude. Boy the economy and the pandemic has hit this place.hard. Used to be GREAT FOOD & GREAT SERVICE. Stopped in tonight (Monday about 7:30) they only had 4 booths going so it wasn’t slammed busy!!! Spent almost 9.00 on Jalapeño Burger which was labeled as their “delicious “ burger leading you to believe it was a good quality ground beef- what I got was a 1/2 RAW (see photo) JTM pre-pressed BS horrible tasting patty, one skimpy piece of Jalapeño cheese 2 pickle slices and very little Mayo. So I’m flipping at the appearance or lack of so I asked for some Mayo After waiting and watching it sit in window I had to physically get up and get the Mayo outta the window. before my sandwich got cold. Burger itself was LOUSY!!! That’s NOT an old fashioned hamburger that you would expect from a place with a 50s & 60s Homemade Theme going on! No refill (they did give me one to go once I was paying bill and expressing my concerns) Then Our waitress NEVER came back to check on us or our satisfaction OR I WOULD have brought these items to her attention. I chased my Mayo down I went to counter to ask for a to-go tray I had to even chase my bill down because once again no follow up

I will NEVER order another burger here!!! They need a new vendor or go back to hamburgers REAL MEAT The quality is WAAAYYYY DOWN PRICE IS SKY HIGH I left and went to McDonalds bought a 3.99 Dbl cheeseburger which was LARGER & much better than this EXPENSIVE SANDWICH!

Lady at counter did give me a discount (not sure where or how much) but it was still $27.00 .
