Subway — Restaurant in Dayton

Went in about 35 minutes till close. The girls were wearing pajamas pants behind the counter, the store was an absolute mess but I did not let that stop me from ordering when it should have. 3 bites into my sandwich there is some type of elastic band, Rubber band or something, in my food. It is not from the meat or lettuce. It is literally a broken rubber band inside my sandwich. I called the store SEVEN times before finally getting one of the young ladies to answer. After finally answering and explaining the situation she just kept denying they weren’t wearing hair ties. I had to explain to her 5 times I wasn’t saying it came out of there hair, that it was a RUBBER BAND. Then she proceeds to say they don’t use rubber bands and blah blah. Just absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Loved them until tonight. Did a mobile order they messed it up completely put double meat on the wrong sub (told me it belonged on that one as im looking at my app) put onion on the sub that was the Draypotle and even though I removed the onion I was told because I ordered that specific sub that onion comes on it anyways. And to top it off she told me there was nothing she could do unless I brought it back tonight and bring the sub they messed up and she would ADD to it. Should let me have both but let's go ahead and make the sub cold and bring it back to add what they messed up. Couldn't take my name and number down or give me a coupon. It had to be right now. And I like those girls but that was highly not okay....

Always a great experience at this location. The sandwich artists are personable and care about their customers. I typically go here for that reason. It’s been a while since I’ve been and was impressed they remembered me and what I order and that my mother, who always come with, wasn’t with me this time. They are a joy every time I visit. I vented to the worker I mistakenly tried to go to another subway location and was ignored by their staff and left there and came straight here. Love this location for...
