Ordered Vegetable Lo-Mein as well as Beef & Broccoli. Figured that since there was a Dragon City next to my house that I LOVE and have never had a problem with, this one would be great and it is near my apartment and job. Boy was I wrong! The vegetable lo-mein was for a vegetarian friend of mine. Ordering and picking it up wasn't a big deal - it's 5 minutes from my apartment. I get everything, head to my friends house that is 30 minutes away. I get there and I open the lo-mein for my friend....and there's beef in it. A lot of beef. You can imagine my disappointment. I get in my car and decided to suck it up and just go to a local chinese place but they were closed so I gave Dragon City a call and told them what happened and the lady on the phone said "Ok, bring your credit card and the lo mein, ready in 15-20 minutes"
I wasn't too excited about driving back there (I will be in the car for 1.5 hours just to have some Chinese with my friend) but if i was going to get my right order, that was fine. It was 10pm at this time, and they closed at 10:30. I went my fastest but I still got there at 10:35. To my dismay I go in and the "cook" says "We're closed, sorry!" and I tell him what happened and he then refuses to refund me or cook me a new meal (because they were closed and about to leave). I'm not normally one to go into a store right before they close, but the lady on the phone told me it would be ready. i wouldn't have wasted my time otherwise. The "cook" took my name and number and order and I came back the next day. He offered to cook it for me now and I just demanded a refund.
When trying to get a refund, he had no idea how to work the credit card machine in that way, so he ended up giving me cash back. Needless to say I will never be going back to that place. Save your money and go to Kroger to pick up what you want from the frozen isle if you must.
The decor in there is awful as well. They have a lot of unprofessional signs hanging up trying to cash grab (Why are they selling keychain lights? Why are they selling anything but -good- Chinese food?) The tables look alright, but I would never eat in there. Especially after reading the cockroach story from one of the other users. Overally I'm giving it 1 point because the food I actually got correctly ordered was good, but the decor and service are getting 0 points. Next time I'm trying New China...

They told me the order total was $62 over the phone. When I got there they told me it was $72 because they did not charge me for two orders of lo mein noodles. Ok no big deal I guess. When I get home and Open up all of my combination plates I see that I only got one order of lame noodles and did not receive the red sauce for the crab Ragoon. I was aggravated because first they forgot to charge me then they charged me and made it a big deal so I decided to call them and let them know. Instead of them apologizing and saying that we can give you a credit or you’re more than welcome to come pick up the lo mein noodles, the person on the phone started to argue with me and told me that they did make two orders of lo mein noodles and Kept arguing with me. He told me if I wanted to I can bring all of those meals back to the store to show him. I told him I am not going to do that since my kids have already started eating I was just wanting to get a credit for the lo mein noodles for a future order. He then told me that they will not give me any type of credit because they gave me two orders of lo mein noodles. I am not leaving this review because I did not get my order of lo mein noodles. I am posting this review because the person on the phone pretty much told me I was a liar and did nothing but argue with me and told me I needed to bring all of the food back up there or text him a picture just approve I didn’t get two orders of lo mein noodles. I will say their food is very good it always has been, however their customer service is horrible and they do not care about the customer, a regular customer at that. Not sure if I will ever go back there only because of their customer service and how they treat their customers. Again it’s a shame because their food is very good and that is why I gave them a two star instead of a one. If they had better customer service I would’ve given them a five star but their customer service is so horrible I could not give them more than a two star. Read moreI ordered dinner for myself and my children tonight from this restaurant for the first time. The employee had a hard time understanding English and was very rude to me that took my order. The delivery driver was very friendly and kind and the only good thing about the experience. After looking up the food and realizing they forgot to items that I had ordered I called them and asked them if they could bring them out I was then verbally assaulted by the staff and told I was lying and trying to still from them they asked me to send text message pictures of all of my food and my receipt . After sending that they call me back told me I was fat lazy and lying and they would not refund it and I was a thief ..I was so insulted that I told them please just come collect their food and I was canceling the charge from my account ..the manager then threaten my life ..cussed me out and hung up on me. I have since packed up the food ..canceled my card and reported a dispute with my company ..I have never been treated so poorly in my life and I would not recommend ordering from them ever..$30 and two hours later we are eating cold cuts and crackers for dinner ..thank you Dragon...
